[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a busy mom of 2, between taking care of the kids, the house, & my husband, who has time to refill the toilet paper 2-3x a day ?? This toilet paper lasts FOREVER !!!! In a house with 5 butt's to wipe, I am in shock that these 4 rolls lasted OVER 2 weeks in our house !! (16 days to be exact) We would have went through over 30 rolls of the "other brand" we usually buy in that time !! My mother, husband, & even 7 year old daughter all made comments about how soft this toilet paper is. Even my sister who came over for dinner asked what brand we were using ! *TMI* She said it didn't leave a white flaky residue on her when she wiped (which is rare lol).. & it's so durable ! A little goes a long way ! I am now a faithful charmin ultra soft mega roll believer & faithful customer for life ! It has everything I was looking for in toilet paper, so there's no reason to ever make the mistake of buying the other brands again.

by making toilet paper 0.5" narrow you spoiled the product all together. If you need to make more money just charge more not cut on quality. It's useless now. I use 2x as much just to compensate for lost 0.5" I will be switching to another brand. Whos idea was it anyway?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used many brands of toilet paper including Cottonelle, Angel Soft, and other generic store brands. Out of all the brands we used, we like Charmin the best. Charmin is what we buy 95% of the time. The other 5% is when a decent brand goes on sale (most of us do this right?). What I like about Charmin is that it's soft and doesn't leave your bottom irritated. It's also thick which saves you from using more paper. You can clearly see the higher quality in the paper compared to all the other brands. I would recommend this to anyone.

As consumers who have purchased Charmin for over 30 years we are very disappointed in the reduction of the width in a roll of your toilet paper from 4 1/2' TO 4". We hope you will bring back the 41/2" roll or we may have to find a new toilet paper to use.

The rolls seems a bit narrower than other brands but the extra width is not needed. The size of the roll is great. I don't have to change it so often in our household. Love it and will buy it next time!

This is the BEST TP I could have used...So soft and thick..The bigger rolls are awesome..and a little goes a long way..You don't need to use as much TP as other leading brands..I recommend everyone to go out and try Charming because I promise you will not be disappointed. Once you realize how incredibly soft and huge the rolls are you'll be rushing out to buy more..No tearing, no thinness..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this TP! First of all the rolls are HUGE so there is a bunch of toilet paper there. I usually go through about 3-4 rolls per week with my previous brand (Angel Soft) and with Charmin I have been on the same two rolls (one in each bathroom) for over a week now! Less is really more when it comes to Charmin. You don't have to wrap it around your hand 12 times to get the protection you're wanting if you know what I mean. Then there is the softness. It is like wiping with feathers. It is extremely soft and comfortable to use. I am definitely going to make the switch to Charmin. It is worth the extra money because it actually lasts longer so in a way you are saving money AND getting better quality all in one!

Although, I always purchase Charmin toilet paper, I noticed my most recent purchase has scalloped edges for the individual sections. I love this! The sections always tear correctly and don't leave partial sections on the roll. I hope this is a change which will be applied to all types of Charmin.

Ok, so I've been complaining to my husband for many months now about how Charmin has changed and not for the better. I finally took the time today to Google it to see if it was just my imagination. Based on all the negative comments I see, obviously NOT!! I am 60 years old and grew up with Charmin and Mr. Whipple. My mother was loyal and so have I been. But suddenly, the rolls are narrow AND two people are going through a roll a day. In this day and age, we are all busy. So we don't need to have to be adding just one more thing to our daily "to do" lists. AND, we need coverage. I would never have thought about changing from Charmin, but I'm going to start looking at the competitors. BRING BACK the old Charmin. I'd rather pay more and maintain product quality. Consumers are not blind and stupid!!! Very disappointed, but judging from all the negative comments, I doubt my review will do anything other than make me feel better for having been able to vent. :o(
