It's really not hard to distinguish the paid reviews from real customer reviews. Charmin has been in the house continuously for decades since the wedding. His job is to keep the toilet seat down, and my job is to supply the Charmin. Yes, Charmin brand. I've been buying the Ultra Soft blue package for years. Within the past year, the roll width has become shorter. Not pleased, but fairly tolerable. The inside plies wrapped next to the cardboard middle is wadded and trashier to make the roll seam cushier. Yes, I see through that, too. My biggest beef is ply taring. Not sure if the Ultra Strong does the same thing, but I can't seem to be able to tear off a ply cleanly at least 75-percent of the time. And, I'm being optimistically generous with the percentage. There's a jagged rip here and there. And then, there's the miracle strip. You know, you pull at the ply and you come up with an 8-inch to 15-inch long confetti string. To production control -- come on guys, let's get it together. No woman in her right mind would approve of, or use such shoddy toilet tissue. It's time to get women in the boardroom and in quality control.

I'm impressed with the size hoping it last longer so I don't have to buy tolit paper as much and save some money. I open the pack and felt the paper it feels really soft. Its thick as well so when I went and used the bathroom it got the job done without as much as normal rolls of paper. I'm one to usually use wipes instead of tolit paper because I feel like tp dosent do the job. This roll is different I felt clean without the wipes. Very impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this TP! First of all the rolls are HUGE so there is a bunch of toilet paper there. I usually go through about 3-4 rolls per week with my previous brand (Angel Soft) and with Charmin I have been on the same two rolls (one in each bathroom) for over a week now! Less is really more when it comes to Charmin. You don't have to wrap it around your hand 12 times to get the protection you're wanting if you know what I mean. Then there is the softness. It is like wiping with feathers. It is extremely soft and comfortable to use. I am definitely going to make the switch to Charmin. It is worth the extra money because it actually lasts longer so in a way you are saving money AND getting better quality all in one!

I usually use a different brand and I must say that the Charmin brand blows away the competition. It's nice and soft but not weak. Hate toilet paper that doesn't hold up well when used. It also doesn't leave what I call snow all over the floor. The mega rolls are a tight fit on my roll so I would probably stick with the double rolls, but I am definitely a Charmin ultra soft convert.

So many times soft results in flimsy - Not with Charmin Ultra Soft! You do not have to use as much so the mega roll really lasts a lot longer than a regular roll. We have been using our free roll of Charmin Ultra Soft, and are glad to say that your claims are true: "Ultra Soft", Strong and you "Use 4X Less" and "Do Not Change The Roll As Often". The Mega Roll fits on the tissue rack just fine - "Roll Fit Guarantee". The package says "Clog Safe and Septic Safe". This is my only one claim I cannot judge, since I won't be cleaning out my septic for awhile. The strength and softness does make for a thicker sheet, which might add to a fuller septic. However, since you use less, it may be just fine. I will keep a limit on usage due to possible septic issues. Thanks Charmin for the sample! From a satisfied soft feeling tush!

I really can't say anything bad about it, but I confess my personal preference for TP runs toward the practical, and not so much to tissue that could probably be used to make quilts. That being said, I believe most people *do* prefer the cushier TP, so I would recommend this for those people. It's incredibly soft and the roll lasts far longer than I thought it would.

This time, with the shipment received from Charmin Ultra Soft, I got only positive feedback. Everyone has been impressed with the softness and absorbency. I have been impressed with how long these rolls have lasted in comparison to our normal double roll. I was concerned when I felt how soft the tissue is that it would leave lint, I was happy to discover it does not. I give this product a thumbs up and a positive endorsement from a very particular family who is not happy about any kind of change.
