It balled up when you wiped and left remnants on your rust. This product is soft, absorbent and passing to use. I will reach for this Charmin over other toilet paper for sure. Charmin was or of the game but just hit the ball out of the park. Good job on the upgrade! Keep up the great work!

I have been using Charmin for a while and haven't tried this one and was glad to try this product. It's soft on the bottom and does not clog up the toilet. If you haven't tried this product then you need to do it. It's a Mega roll which means it's 4 rolls in one. Also it will last longer than a normal roll so that you don't have to go to store and buy any for a while. I asked ny children what they thought and they gave me 2 thumbs up. So go and try it. I received the product from the company and not from Bzzagent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of Charmin Ultra Soft. I don't usually use the ultra type of toilet paper because they are usually too thick. This Charmin is thick, but NOT TOO thick. And these quadruple sized rolls certainly do last a loooooooong time. Oh, and it also works really well. It cleans and is soft. It also makes a great substitute for a cotton ball to remove nail polish.

Let me start my review by saying it really is super soft and thick! Cleans up messes & tushes without having to use a lot! Which a a HUGE plus for parents! It's gentle on tushes & gets the job done easily! I absolutely love it, as does my son! Charmin really is the best & Charmin Ultra Soft really puts the competitor brand's versions of "soft" to shame! I was skeptical that this tp would be any better than my old tp but was really surprised at the softness and durability of this Charmin Ultra Soft tp. I don't have any complaints about this tp but if you have one of the smaller tp holders I can see where it may be a tight fit. Thankfully I have an old home with larger tp paper holders. I must admit my tush is happier with this new Charmin Ulta Soft that is was with my old tp. This will surely be on my shopping list next time I go to the grocery store.

I found that the tissue was soft but not too soft that he fell apart during use. And it felt good on my backside. Cleaned very well without irritation. So I gave my Mom a roll to try and she was also surprised at how nice the tissue was, although she had to admit she was wrong about Charmin. So now we will purchase this product. I do miss the coupons that usually accompany the trial packs.

We have used Charmin for many years and now have a complaint. When you downsized the width it no longer fits in my toilet paper holder and gets torn or breaks off on the wrong perforations. I do not want to have to buy a new paper holder as my current one matches my décor. I know every company tries to save money and this is a try on your part but it does not save money for your customers who buy your product. Why is it that big companies DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS' OPINIONS. Not only P & G but all others. sometimes the Bottom Line is not the best line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to toilet paper, I prefer mine soft and plush. Charmin Ultra Soft has fit that bill. It is very soft, yet also very durable. Its even soft enough to use when wiping my one year old's messy nose and face. Also, the rolls are very large. I typically go through a roll and a half in one week. One roll now lasts me a week and a half. The only downfall to the product is that the roll is very large, and did not fit on my particular dispenser until it had been used up a bit, but this was not the fault of this awesome product
