It was soft,and I didn't need as much as other toilet paper I have used, the rolls were bigger, so it lasted much longer than the brand I've been using,I would buy it in the future.

I have used nothing but Charmin (and Bounty and Dawn) for many years. In fact, when we travel, we are very aware of the toilet paper even Marriott uses. I was lucky enough to be one of the households who did the research study when you were to begin the decorative imprinting and the scalloped edges. At that time, I was ecstatic with both improvements and hoped it would be part of your products. The scalloping makes beginning each roll and removing sheets much easier and the imprinting makes a necessity more attractive. Thank you for being so dependable and keeping current.

I write reviews on occasion, but I have never wrote a review for toilet paper. What drove me to write this? Glad, you ask. I normally buy charmin if it is available, just because its soft and thick, which leads us not to use so much and it last longer. But I am in love with the scalloped edges. I know, silly RIght? It is such a small touch, but when I see it, it gives me a little joy. So, here I go. I am on the hunt for more Mega Charmin Ultra Soft!

It is very strong and sturdy and can be used for many purposes like cleaning up a toddlers mess lol. We received a sample from charmin and it is the only toilet paper I will ever buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put the Charmin in the busiest bathroom in my house. A lot of bath tissue goes though that room! I thought that would be the best way to test Charmin Ultra. I was very surprised. The first roll went quick but the next 3 went slower and slower. By the 4th roll they got the hang of not needing as much. I have since gone and bought more and that's all that will be in there and my other bathrooms!

I've been a loyal Charmin buyer for nearly 20 years. I'm going to switch to a different brand due to the size change. The TP looks like it's made for toddlers. It's just so small. I've never rated or reviewed any products on any other sites, but having been a customer for 20 years, I felt like I had to voice my displeasure. I would have paid an extra dollar or two to keep the size. Thanks and Goodbye Charmin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was younger, let's say before I had kids, I thought toliet paper was toliet paper. Well, besides the school paper-thin, rough terrible, terrible toliet paper! Now, that I have 2 boys and a girl, I know better! Before tying charmin ultra, I was using another leading brand that is known for "softness". My 4 year old boy was doing his business and using the toliet paper to wipe- well, he had a break through, and that was with the toliet paper folded in half to make it thicker/stronger: I loved how soft this paper was, but it was far from strong and if it's not strong, it cannot be super clean...then I tried charmin ultra soft- woo hoo! I finally found it...the most amazing toliet paper I have ever used before...it was so soft, clean, and you guessed it, strong! Charmin ultra is seriously the best toliet paper you will ever use, if you haven't tried it before, you must, believe me you will not be disappointed! It really is the little things in life! (No more breakthroughs and ultra soft...your bottom will thank you!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really had no idea that the rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft Mega were this big. I was a bit surprised when I received a free four-pack from Charmin. So far, I'd say it's a very cushy product - very padded and luxurious. I'm still skeptical that it's good for the toilet, I'm fearing I'll use too much and it'll clog. So far, so good. As it says on the package, use less. I'm a big fan of Scott 1000 tissue which most plumbers recommend, but this Charmin is a terrific indulgence. I'm becoming a fan and I've recommended it to at least six friends and numerous family members. Well, gotta go (pun intended)!

Oh Charmin, what have you done? The rolls are a whole inch more narrow. Did some executive get a great bonus for this? Well, I hate it. Now, I have to go find another product and you have been my favorite for years and years. Dagnabit anyway... Value is 2.

I bought my last package of Charmin double rolls. as usual. I put a roll on the holder and thought there must be something wrong. I had a roll from the previous package still around and compared the two. I was SHOCKED at the difference in width of the rolls - 1/2 to 3/4 inch smaller for the new rolls. I thought surely this was a manufacturing mistake somehow, so got online to search. Sure enough, here I am also disappointed in the smaller size. I have been a faithful Charmin customer for 20+ years, but I may try some alternatives in the future. Maybe a little heads up warning would have prepared us. Though I still like the product, I wish Charmin would make it in its larger size again.
