[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a house with 4 boys (including the husband) and to put it nicely, the bathroom gets a workout. Charmin Ultra is a wonderful product. I haven't heard anyone yelling that the paper broke since I started using it. I also do the laundry and haven't noticed any "streaks" when putting clothes in the wash. Charmin Ultra has also been great when it comes to blowing the nose. We haven't had any blowouts using Charmin Ultra and that is saying something. Over I would definitely recommend Charmin Ultra for a happy tushie, which makes for a happy mommy.

As consumers who have purchased Charmin for over 30 years we are very disappointed in the reduction of the width in a roll of your toilet paper from 4 1/2' TO 4". We hope you will bring back the 41/2" roll or we may have to find a new toilet paper to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very skeptical at first that an ultra soft toilet paper could properly get the job done. When I think of ultra soft, I think soft, but thin. I thought for sure that you would need a lot of sheets so that it wouldn't rip or soak through... Not the case with Charmin Ultra Soft! When they say Ultra Soft, they really mean it! This toilet paper feels like a cloud! If I could make a pillow out of it, I would! I actually caught my 4 year old daughter rubbing the toilet paper across her cheeks and face.. Yes, it is that soft! You also don't have to use many sheets to get the job done. While it is soft, it is also very durable - it doesn't tear or soak through. The roll is big, so you don't run out very fast - we've had 1 roll for 4 days, with 4 people using it, that includes a little one who tends to use A LOT. Before my daughter uses the bathroom she looks at the toilet paper and asks if it is the ultra soft mega-roll, just to make sure.This toilet paper will now be our family's go-to from now on! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe I am saying this, but Charmin Ultra Soft is the best toilet tissue I have ever used! I received a complimentary package of 4 Mega rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft from Proctor and Gamble who produces this item. My very first impression was somewhat negative as it was too big for my toilet tissue roller. The mega rolls are 4 rolls in one and it just would not roll. I had to take off about 20 sheets so it would unroll. One of the lesser benefits is that you don't have to replace the roll as often because it contains so many more sheets and you don't need many sheets to take care of the job at hand. (lol, sorry, that was a sick joke). However, as I was taking the 20 sheets off I noticed how thick and soft the toilet tissue was and yet it is safe for sewer and septic systems according to the package. Then the real test: the swipes. Don't know how they do it, but the paper felt silky as I was using it, and of course it was soft. My fingers did not poke through and it did a thorough job of cleaning without leaving any residue. I think they should rename it Ultra Soft and Silky. I am fully confident in this product that it does the job, plus!

My family loved the softness of the product and I felt as though it lasted longer than the other brand we have been using. Usage of the product was less because the roll was bigger and thicker so we did not use as much as we normally do. The other selling point was that it is septic safe! We have a septic which is pumped every so often and I have always used septic safe toilet paper, however the other brands are thin and course. Charmin Ultra Soft was a sure winner in our house.

It's soft, yet very strong, doesn't tear and it's thick enough that wetness doesn't go through. The size of the rolls is another thing that's a plus for Charmin Ultra Soft.. it's a Mega Roll which is 4 rolls in 1! How cool is that?! It lasts longer so you're not changing the roll often or having to run out fast. The roll itself has a 'pillow' effect with the design embossed on each roll, which helps create the softness as well as the design looks nice on the toilet paper holder. After using Charmin Ultra Soft many times now, I would definitely recommend Charmin Ultra Soft for all the reasons I mentioned above. It's a product we all use daily, more than once, so might as well purchase a quality product, hence Charmin Ultra Soft!!

Loved that it was so soft that it does not irritate your bottom. Had used Charming before, i fact it is one of the brands that I buy regularly. Overall, it's a great product, definitely an upgrade from what I'm use to using. It's much softer & thicker than their "basic" roll, which is great for all business, including wiping runny noses. The roll is so thick in fact, that until we used a good deal of it, it wouldn't fit the space between our toilet-paper-roll-holder & the wall. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is due to the price point. After doing some research, it's significantly more expensive than other brands which may be an issue for some, but of course you're paying for the quality. Will definitely purchase in the future.
