[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TP is much softer than the average. It also seems a little thicker and allows you to get "it" all in less wipes and still feel very clean. My grandparents are interested in this because they have a septic tank at their home. Their typical TP is very thin as to not clog the tank. But they love the quality of this and the fact that it is septic safe was an awesome BONUS. I let them take 1 of the rolls home with them to try it out before purchasing to make sure it works with their system.

I was always trying to save some money with bargain brands but find that you only need a small amount of tissue to do the job of a large wad of cheaper and rougher tissue. In the long run Charmin is a more economical and luxurious brand. I am sold. This is the new brand for me. Thank you Charmin, for cluing me in.

The amazing shrinking Charmin - the first Mega rolls were truly Mega. Then they narrowed, and started falling off our tissue holder. We adjusted the holder, but the Mega rolls kept getting smaller and smaller. Now the rolls have narrowed again, prompting one to wonder if soon we'll be flossing with Charmin - what a mental picture that brings to mind! However, the last purchase was the worst - the so-called "Ultra-Strong" tissue was as thin as the thinnest single-ply tissue. The embossing was exaggerated to make the tissue appear thicker, and the rolls were loosely rolled to make them look larger. I've been loyal to the Charmin product through many changes, but P & G has stretched my loyalty to the limits, and I will no longer buy the Charmin products.

Face it, no one likes it when they get the soft TP and it doesn't hold up when it counts, if you know what I mean. NO ONE needs breakthrough toilet paper! With the Charmin Ultra Soft that I received from Charmin to test, I have the best of both worlds, soft to the touch strength that will hold up to the most vigorous application. Life is hard, you need strength and softness. With Charmin Ultra Soft, I've gotten both. I'm a believer!

The giant rolls last a lot longer than our ordinary brand. Both my kiddos have commented how soft Charmin feels and with all the blowing of noses, this time of year brings, that's a Huge plus. I have been purchasing Charmin for as long as I can remember. The past few packages have been awful! The rolls are very thin, when you tear the paper little pieces of lint go flying everywhere and the paper just seems to fall apart, creating a mist of lint and messiness during use. Is this a pulp concentration issue due to the lumbar shortage? Will the old formula be put back into practice now that lumbar concerns have passed? At first I thought it may have been a bad batch, but after reading the other reviews, this is definitely part of a larger issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a package of Charmin to test and i am truely surprised! This product was a huge change from my regular store brand! I loved the feel and it holds up well. By half way through the first roll I noticed that I was using less, therefore possibly an opportunity to save in the long run. In addition to the added softness there are no "left behind pieces" which are a pet peeve of mine. I have also noticed that there seems to be less paper lint in my holder. These rolls are bigger than my regular brand so I was concerned that they wouks not fit in my holder. My fears were not needed as they fit perfectly and are easy to roll off. Tearing off the sheets is easy and takes little effort So the roll stays neat and always looks tidy. The comfort level of this tissue is an added benefit that has a luxurious feel. Its very soft while still strong enough to do the job. it is truly a mix of softness yet strong!

It is nice and thick, but soft, but yet still doesnt shred or fall apart. very strong soft, and i use less when using this product, i only use 3 sheets. I will not buy another toilet paper ever i dont think. the rolls last forever and its so worth the money. because even if it costs a little more. It will still last you 5x longer than a cheap pack. love it and never looking back!
