Great for the money… but they are not as good as Polywood… but they are also half the price. I don’t thing they will last as long as the Polywood (which I also own)

DO NOT buy these chairs. The seat cracked and the arm rest broke off within a year. Sams will not help at all with returns of this item. Now I'm stuck with 2 useless chairs.

Bought two of these last year and love them so much buying two more this summer.

Great chair. Easy to assemble and also move if chasing the shade.

Chair broke and tried to get replacement part from Keter. They stated they did not carry parts so basically we were out of luck. This is unacceptable.

The chair sits nice once you get it together--therein lies the problem. They obviously has defective hardware packaging. Mine was missing some. I went out to find screws and nuts laying on the porch--no telling how many are in the truck. The culprit was brittle plastic hardware packaging. So for fun I spent more time on the phone and finding my receipt for this product than it took to put the first chair together. Keter already knows they have packaging/delivery issues with these chairs from Sam's Club but still insists on the typical bureaucracy--send a receipt, a picture a this and that for the hardware. Next time (there will not be) I'll just reorder the whole item and return the one missing hardware.

GOODS: Made in USA, easy to assemble, comfortable, 10 year warranty IF you register it, gives an 800 number for complaints & replacement parts or hardware. BADS: It does NOT fold up for storage. One of the pics looks like it folds up, but is simply to show every angle of the chair. It does seem Deceptive, but I don't think it's deliberate. I was able to simulate their pic, but had to lean it upside down against a railing & stand on my head to take the pic. I called to get a replacement screw & nut, got a very pleasant girl & did mention the deceptive pic & suggested removing it.

Bought these yesterday, none on display so we got them and now we’re returning them, they are a very cheap, lightweight knockoff of pollywood furniture, they would blow away with the first storm, no way these will hold up over time. Two of our 40+ pound Adirondack chairs got blown off our dock, you will have to secure these during bad weather!
