I don't worry about cracking a leg on this chair and falling over like some other flimsy plastic chairs. This Adirondack style has the perfect pitch I like to relax on the back porch with my feet up. Easy to assemble and the cup holder is a nice add. The wide arm rests are nice for holding a paper plate of food or just comfy for your arms. Five stars.

My wife wanted a comfortable chair for our outside deck. When I saw the price for each chair I was skeptical but when I put it together and sat down it felt solid and comfortable. It is not to light for wind and not to heavy for ease of relocating. I will give one caution to the one putting it together. When installing the screws into the nuts do not force them in or you will strip or crossthread. Each piece that uses 2 screws install loose to allow wiggle room. If your patient once you get them both started then tighten. Manufacturing the holes was off just a smidge on some. Other than that enjoy.

We purchased 4 of these white Adirondack chairs for the front porch of our beach house and they are even better than what I had imagined! They are big, comfortable, beautiful and sturdy for large adults and heavy so that we can leave them out year round and not worry about them blowing away. They are much better quality than any other ones you will find at other stores around! And believe me, I shopped for a while! So glad we purchased these!

I gave it a 3 for a couple reasons. First, I ordered four chairs total because they were on sale. Two one week and two the following week. Putting them together was nothing short of frustrating. If the square nut thingy wasn’t lined up perfectly, it took forever to get the screw to go in. What should have been a 30 minute tops assembly for two chairs, turned into a couple hours. Second, one chair was cracked so I returned it to my local Sam’s store. I did get a refund, no issues there. However, I wanted to order another chair and the lady told me that she could not order it at the store and I would have to go online and order it. I told her that it was on sale when I bought it and now it’s not. She told me to get in touch with customer service and explain it to them. Too much of a hassle for me so I just got the refund and never ordered another chair. A store manager should be able to put the order through for me and give me the sales price. Thats why the three stars……three for the chair due to assembly and zero for the broken chair and not being able to reorder at the store.

Expected chair to be of similar construction as the previous lifetime chairs that I purchased from Sam’s Club. Those were made of solid composite material but these were made of hollow plastic. Similar quality as what one could expect from TEMU, but not what I’m accustomed to at Sam’s. Very disappointing

the color i picked was only available online and had too much trouble with getting broken items. i have to return the chair twice to finally get a replacement piece that wasn’t broken. and the other chair ( which wasn’t broken) i got looked like a used/returned item- it came with sands on it- but too tired to exchange and do all the trouble! there’s a lot of scratches too on most of my chairs so i wish they could have done more better with quality check.i just love the color that’s only available online so i took all these trouble and risk in stride!

I bought 4 of the turquoise chairs - love the color! Love the weight, not too heavy, but sturdy enough to feel like a real Adirondack chair. However two of them have broken in places that cannot be fixed. I brought them to Canada to our cottage in Ontario, so it is too onerous to return. Truly disappointed.

Ordered these 4 chairs online as store only had the gray color. These were not the same quality as in store ones. I returned all four of them to my local Sam’s club on 4/9 & still have not received my refund. Boxes weee damaged fed ex delivered to wrong state. Nothing but a hassle.

I ordered 2 chairs thought I'd put them in the shaded corner of my front lawn. When I went to put the first chair together it was missing the proper amount of nuts. I opened the second chair and it was too. It's not like one chair had the wrong amount but both chairs only had 6 of the 10 nuts. I had to file a claim just to get 8 nuts replaced. Hopefully I will get them before the summer is gone.

I ordered two chairs. One box had no instructions, the second no hardware. The specific “screw” for the install is only available from the manufacturer, Keter. Packing info advised to contact Keter, a proud Made in the USA company, and not return to the seller (Sams club). The online portal is very flawed, requesting info not available (part numbers, when instructions are drawings only). I had to call the company and provide a myriad of documentation and explanation for their error. I purchased my product in June, received two weeks later, applied for missing parts that were supposedly shipped 7/10/24 and I’m still waiting today, 7/23/24. I should have returned and purchased another at the sale price Sams offered for $30 less!!!
