Pillow is fantastic. It WILL keep you cool, but is subtle.. Is comfortable, but this isn't something you can fluff. It had an odd odor to it when I first started using it.. that brand new odor. But that was gone in a couple days. I will say it was a good purchase.

At first, I wasn't sure I'd like it because it was so different from what I normally like. I normally prefer a pillow with no real form, down-filled, something that can be manipulated to the position I want without fighting against me to spring back into shape. The Ghost pillow doesn't really fit that description in that it's kind of like a big flat squishy cold memory foam brick. The odd thing is that it doesn't fight to go back to its preferred shape. I'm a stomach/side sleeper, and it supports that position well, but I've also noticed that it's helped me to begin back-sleeping more comfortably too. I can't really explain why. If you keep contact with i all night, it isn't "cooling" by itself, it is cold to the touch initially, but it will gradually warm up as it keeps contact with a warm body. The one negative I can say is the smell initially. My wife says it smelled like lavender, but it was really strong for a few days, then subsided.

The Ghost Pillow is comfortable, I would say a medium firm. It is quality, and is a bit more cool as far as temperature than my other expensive pillows of similar construction. It will still absorb some heat as my infrared thermometer had shown. That improved a bit after removing my cotton pillow cover, I had expected a cooler pillow. These are expensive, but I expect that you will get many years of service from them considering the construction.

Love the pillow! Super cooling and feels great. Its suportive but in a way that puts your head at just the right angle without being hard at all. Comes in a very nice box and it immediatly screams quality. We will be buying more in the future. Love how it keeps you cool at night.

These pillows are amazing. We hesitated spending this much even for memory foam. We're glad we did. These are a step above even your standard memory foam. It's nice to wake up without neck and arm pain. Plus, it's fun to squeeze them into balls and watch them bounce back.

I suffer from neck pain and migraines and both have significantly lessened since I got my GhostPillow. Falling asleep is faster, complete comfort on any side (back, side) has been delightful, and it feels like the pillow is molded to my body. I’m grateful a friend recommended it and I’ve recommended it to others. I am very pleased!

I have searched a long time to find just the right support and softness, the Ghostpillow exceeded what I expect. The memory foam does not make your head sink to the bottom it actually holds my head so my neck feels better than ever. This pillow has even helped me with my almost constant headache, I finally get some relief and much needed sleep. Thank you so much.

The pillow is soft, kind of cooling but not as much as you would expects it also sits a bit too high for me. I think it's too thick or bouncy, and it tilts my head at an uncomfortable angle. I am trying to squish or flatten it to hopefully give it more "give" because almost as soon as you lay on it, it starts expanding again. I'm 5'7 and 155 lbs for reference.

Shipping took a while due to covid-19, but once it got here it has been great. The cover on the pillow actually does stay cooler than other pillows, even with a pillowcase on. I haven't had any issues with it sleeping hot like foam can do sometimes. While it is softer than my previous memory foam pillows, it doesn't sink in as much as they do. I've had some really great sleep on it so far. My old pillows (Target memory foam pillows) are no longer comfortable and don't seem to be supportive. I've woken up with almost no neck or back pain since switching (have neck and back issues so that will never completely go away) and no headaches from pressure from pillows or misalignment of my neck. I'm a bigger guy (6'1" 300 lbs) who usually sleeps in all positions throughout the night (back, side, stomach) and all have been mostly comfortable. Stomach sleeping isn't quite as comfortable because I think the pillow is just a touch too high, but after a few weeks/couple months I think it might even out. The only downside I see is if you are someone who likes to flip your pillow over, only one side has the cooling cover. We have a Purple mattress and this pillow works pretty well with it. I think my wife is plotting to steal this pillow from me. You may need to order 2. Side note: the "GhostPillow by GhostBed" logo can be seen through our pillowcases, which I personally don't have an issue with, I think it is a really good example of smart branding, having a "ghost" of a logo show.

I have tried dozens of pillows over the past few years and I always wind up at donating them. I tried these pillows and the first night was amazing. Sound sleep and comfort with no neck pain or cricks in the morning. I am going to order a queen GhostBed for my guest room in the not too distant future.
