Like most memory foam-type pillows it still has the odd smell after a few weeks, but that's really the only complaint I have so far. It doesn't go flat on you thru the night like most pillows I've had. What stands out most to me is how cool the pillow feels all the time. I tend to sleep hot and the Ghost pillow has been excellent keeping me comfortable and not sweat.

The pillow has a great quality and it’s super cool (the coolest pillow I ever had). But unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I found it too firm even when removing a bunch of the filling out. The one thing I was upset was that I had to pay for return and I didn’t notice they didn’t cover return delivery before making the purchase.

I have tried many many pillows over the years,due to neck surgery. I can say this pillow is a relief! It does exactly what a good pillow should. A bit skeptical at first, but after about 10 seconds I got this relaxed feeling. Like putting your head on a cloud and drifting off to sleep.

These pillows have by far been the best pillows that we have used. We started out trying it when we got our new mattress and it has turned into purchasing multiple more for both my wife and I. The stay nice and cool while also providing amazing support.

I try not to be too skeptical when using new products but I also do my best to not give into all the hype, after using the Ghost pillow for a month I can safely say that this is a pretty comfy pillow. Although, I wouldn't call it revolutionary or even superb. My last pillow was getting extremely flat so upgrading to just about anything else would have improved my neck pain and stiffness, that being said, the Ghost pillow does feel very unique. The material used is unlike anything I have ever felt and I really do enjoy the fresh scent that a lot of the reviews seem to complain about. In fact, I am actually kind of sad that the smell is starting to slowly fade. All in all, I think the Ghost pillow is probably worth the money especially if you can manage to get the half off price... BUT, don't expect some kind of miracle pillow that will solve all of your neck and back problems.

I have been searching for a pillow for some time now with no sucess and i prefer a pillow that feels and stays cold. This pillow does all that and is so comfortable. It never goes flat on me and i never wake up with neck pain. It is the perfect size and height. Will definetly purchase more.

My husband has suffered from fibromyalgia and neuropathy from his diabetes in his legs for about 5 years now. We've always had a traditional spring mattress. The last couple years he's experienced severe shooting pains and uncontrollably spasms that makes sleep almost non existent. I'm so glad I found this mattress it's made the best impact on my husbands health! It has been the best purchase we've ever made with our tax refund! I only wish I had gotten a bigger one so we all could fit and sleep comfortably together

This pillow is beyond a dream for me. I've been using now for about a month and I have slept the best in that month than I have in the last 20 years using a variety of cervical pillows following an automobile accident. I had expected a transition period but from the first night I slept straight through and woke up with no neck pain. I am a dedicated customer for life. At the same time I bought pillows for my whole family and they are in love also!!!

This pillow is like sleeping on a cloud in heaven surrounded in fields of lavender bliss. I'm not a good sleeper but since I got my pillows my husband and I sleep soundly throughout the night without all the tossing around. My neck is so supported and the pillow really holds its shape. My puppy even sleeps with her head on it throughout the night (might need to get her one if her own).
