I’ve only had the bed for about 3 weeks now, but I’ve notice a few things. First and foremost, the shipping process is woefully inadequate. I purchased a Cal King mattress, mattress protector, and 2 pillows. Each of them shipped separately, and each had their own tracking number, which is great. They were never accurate on their information, which could probably be chalked up to the shipping company. When the mattress arrived, the box was pretty beat up. Maybe the shipping company employees get tired of handling these boxes and treat them like junk. Whatever the reason, it was not good. The other shipping problem is the box weighs over 100 lbs and THERE ARE NO BUILT IN HANDLES! Completely unacceptable, especially when you have to take it up a flight of stairs. The next problem is stability. I have been on bed rest for the past 2 weeks, due to a work accident, therefore, I’ve been in the bed A LOT. There is little to no support when you sit up. I know beds are for sleeping, but many people like to sit in bed and read and watch t.v. It’s not comfortable for this AT ALL. The last thing is the edges of the mattress. There is no support at all, so when you sit on the edge of the bed, perhaps to put your shoes on, you sink considerably, which is also not comfortable. As far as sleep, it’s pretty good. Maybe with a few more nights of sleep, my comfort level will improve.

Love this pillow! Got it for my husband as a Christmas gift and now I try to steal it every chance i get. The support from this pillow is perfect not to firm but not put you head down and it sinks to your matress. The cooling feature is wonderful no more sweaty head in the morning.

I haven't been sleeping well lately and my pillow was very old so I did some research for a new one. I came across this company and decided to give them a try. After seeing some negative reviews I tried to cancel my order, the two people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful and in the end I decided to keep my order. The pillow is amazing and I'm so happy I didn't cancel the order. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the it smelled odd after taking it out of the box. That smell went away after some deodorizer spray.

I rarely take the time to submit a review but the Ghost Pillow is beyond expectations. I have severe cervical problems and have tried every possible pillow that claims to help. I was weary at first because there claims seemed far fetched. It arrived quickly in a beautifully designed packaging. There description of there product does not give it justice! It was fantastic! It conformed to my head and supported my neck and was cool all night! My wife thought I was skeptical when I first told her and she was sold. She now takes it with her when she travels! This is the best pillow on the market!

I really love my new pillow! I am really impressed with how comfortable it is and how cold it stays throughout the night. It’s definitely more firm than what I am used to using and I’m still adjusting to it but my neck feels better than how it felt while using my previous pillow! I don’t seem to be tossing and turning as much throughout the night and am definitely sleeping better!

I am here to say that this pillow has exceeded my expectations. I have been in need of a new memory foam pillow for a while. I tried many others and did not find a single one that I liked. Anyways I found that I have been have been getting such great sleep with this pillow. It feels great in every position. I'm sort of a combo of side and stomach sleeper. 10/10 would recommend!

Have been unable to use these pillows because of an awful smell that is omitted from them. Company states it's a lavender smell to enhance the pillow. It is so strong and pungent that I can't use them. I have had an allergic reaction to the pillows and even after three weeks the smell is still very strong.

My wife wanted a pillow for Christmas and I know people with the Ghostbed pillow. I immediately went to the site and bought for her. 1 month in and she loves the pillow. Her neck isn’t hurting anymore in the morning and she loves how it feels. Big success to a problem she has had for several years!

The Ghost Pillow definitely is as advertised. It's cool to the touch while giving you the support you need for your neck and spine. I was skeptical before using it but it proved me wrong and it feels amazingly soft and plush. The pillow design and shape is definitely state if the art. It definitely gives the comfort you need for a good night's sleep!!! I recommend this pillow to anyone with back pain or pain in other parts of the body.

Hi, I Had cervical spinall fusion surgery in 2009, I live with chronic neck and back pain, and it's been near impossible to sleep comfortably. I bought a 2000 dol bed, in 2007 and I've tried 5 or 6 different pillows in that time, and I could never sleep more than 2 hours w/o waking up. And my expensive bed was starting to sag in the middle. I was a tad skeptical about trying a bed that came in a box, but This is no exxageration..I WANT TO THANK NATURE SLEEP FOR MAKING GHOSTBED, NOT ONLY IS THE BED AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE, BUT THE PILLOWS I FEEL AS IF THEY WERE MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR ME BY DOCTORS OR SCIENTISTS .It Nearly brings me to tears when I tell people the difference the pillows and Bed are making in my life, just a couple weeks with it. The Pillows are Simply Heaven. I fall asleep quickly, and sleep thru the night , for the 1st time in nearly 14 years. With a Bed that was 1/3 the price of my store bought 2000 dol bed.I've been Telling everyone who will listen , especially patients at my pain clinic who alot of them have similar issues .Even if they have a new bed allready, I tell them they MUST get the pillow, there's no risk with the 101 night trial, but they would have to pry my ghost bed and pillows from my cold dead fingers. They are staying!! lol I don't usually bother with reviews, cuz I don't like typing with my neck/back probs.However, I was Compelled, as this Product has changed my life, I actually look forward to going to bed. And Dennis went above and beyond helping get the financing in place due to an error that was not Ghost Beds error.
