This is the best cool pillow I have found. I tried 6 other brands. It felt soft in my hands, but when I laid my head on it, the support was evenly distributed and gently firmer. Your choice of pillow case will determine how cool your head will feel. Too bad they don't make it in king and queen sizes. When in Arizona with 146 days over 100° you need a cool pillow.

I love the head support and coolness I feel everyday I sleep with my new pillow. My pillow had a plastic/chemical smell. I was advised by CS to spray Febreeze scented spray and the smell would disappear. I had lavender scented Febreeze and it’s better than the original smell. The pillow is always cool and I’m thrilled with my new pillow!

It's a longer pillow which makes it great for sleepers who prefer sleeping on their side. that being said, I didn't find any issues sleeping on my back or on my stomach if I chose to. I have tried dozens of pillows over the past few years and I always wind up at donating them. I tried these pillows and the first night was amazing. Sound sleep and comfort with no neck pain or cricks in the morning. I am going to order a queen GhostBed for my guest room in the not too distant future.

The pillow had an odd smell at first however it went away after a few days. I am sleeping well with it since it doesn't get as hot as my old pillow. Overall I am happy with the product I just wish it was bigger so that it would fit better on a king size bed.

I really like the GhostPillows. These pillows do not go flat and are very supportive and comfy. Love that they stay cool and allow for airflow, for a comfortable nights sleep. I recently bought the ghostbed. When it first arrived I was so excited and the first couple nights I felt like I slept better. We have had it for a month now and I don't know what to think of it yet. I haven't slept good lately and I am really trying to blame it on everything but the bed. Going to give it a couple more months and see if it gets better. All in all though if you like a firmer bed and can't get a king size upstairs this is the bed for you

I may still need some time to adjust, but the bed seems hard. I feel like I am on top of the mattress without sinking in at all. I sleep on my sides and I have arthritic shoulders and the bed feels hard on my shoulders. I will give it a bit more time. We can at least use it in our spare bedroom. The pillow is not to my liking. The pre-formed form cannot be manipulated or pushed into any other shape, really only good if you sleep flat on your back. Sorry about that. John Sokolowski
