Bed okay. Pillow not so comfortable. Ordering process difficult. Cancelled my order of second mattress for my brother.

I have been looking for a replacement pillow for one I have had for years. This is the perfect replacement.

But it is for me. It's rather soft and it goes down to almost flat. I like it but it's not for the firm people.
