Everyone has a different mattress type and firmness, I get that, and while I have no idea what I need, I do know that this bed is fantastic! The instructions say you can sleep on it immediately, but total recovery from compressed state may take up to 24 hours. This is no lie! I was almost disappointed the first night I slept on this bed. It had only been 5 hours since I took it out of the packaging. The 2nd night was COMPLETELY different! The 3rd night was the best night yet. I got 9 hours of sleep for the first time in a long time. Slept through the night for the first time in months. No back pain. No neck pain. Lets hope the next 3 years are as great as the first 3 nights! Everyone has a different level of firmness for their mattress. I'm still not sure exactly what mine is. This mattress is more firm than my last mattress but but the memory foam is so conforming it doesn't matter. While this mattress might not be for everyone I will tell you that after 3 nights I'm not giving this mattress back!

It's good overall, certainly better than all the cheap pillows I've tried. The cooling side is about 70% effective. Generally, I can find a really cool spot by rotating the pillow. But there's none of the heat management the description predicted when I get overheated. Density and shape retention are great so far, about 30 days in. I do not regret the investment.

Love this pillows ability to stay cool throughout the night. However I am switching from a larger, firmer pillow and I’ve had some slight neck pain. This is a very soft pillow, wish it had just a bit more support. I hope I can get used to it becuase it is very comfy!

I am super picky about my pillows and I've been struggling to find a good pillow for the past year. I've dealt with severe neck pain constantly and from the first night I slept on my ghost pillow, I have stopped having pain in my neck and I have slept like a baby on both our ghost pillow and our new ghost bed. I've tried several pillows over the past few years to try and alleviate my back/neck pain. While some offered relief they always tended to run hot. I've been using this pillow and have not had that problem and it is very comfortable. I get deeper sleep with this pillow . I recommend it highly

This is the second ghost pillow I’ve gotten and I love them! I got one a few years ago and it’s holding up great, I would have had to buy at least two other regular pillows by now. Since I loved it so much I bought one for my son who is now also in love!

I knew I was taking a risk not being able to “touch” the Ghost Pillow before purchasing it, but that risk turned out to be well worth it! I love this pillow! It stays cool all night long and provides the best support for my head and neck. My kids are all begging me to purchase one for each of them!! It really is THAT amazing!

I am a side-sleeper and have had problems finding a pillow that isn’t too fluffy or flat. I saw the reviews for this pillow and thought I’d give it a try. I now sleep so much better since I’m not waking up constantly adjusting my pillow. My neck stays in a neutral position so I don’t end up with a knot in my neck in the morning. I’m very happy with this pillow and will now be getting one for my husband as well!

My favorite part about the pillow is that it shapes right to your head. This is really amazing. Whats even better is that even though your body has a lot of surface area on it, it doesn't get hot. The gel material and well placed holes allow it to always feel fairly cool.

What An amazing gift given to my by my wife! After years of hearing my complaints and going through 20 or more different types of pillows, she found me the Ghost Pillow! I no longer wake up multiple times in the night and have had the best sleep in years!
