These pillows are okay, but the chemical smell is terrible. I’ve tried airing them out for a few weeks now, but they still smell too bad to actually use on my head...I’m currently using them to prop my feet up at night. Hopefully the smell will go away, but not looking hopeful.

Through trial & error with other pillows, I've discovered I don't like contoured pillows or firmer memory foam that doesn't cushion or give much. I'm a relatively small frame female but with broad shoulders and chronic neck tension issues (accidents etc). I'm also generally a side sleeper and occasionally on my back. This pillow is a huge improvement to the last couple I had!! It's soft and gentle. Also just thick enough to offer the neck support I need with my somewhat broad shoulders but not so thick that I can't also comfortably roll onto my back. I've only had it one month so I can't say anything long term yet, but I'm definitely much happier so far!

I have tried several different pillows. I have never found one that has provided enough comfort for an entire night of sleep. At first I was hesitant because I didn’t need any more pillows in the closet. Both my wife and I are more than happy with the quality and comfort.

Easily the best pillow I have ever bought. I recently bought several "luxury" type (faux down-hypo-allergenic as well as foam) pillows looking to replicate the feel of the 5 star hotel pillow. This pillow has all the competition beat. Could have 6 stars if they were able to use the cooling cover of the "Ghost Pillow" but it is what it is.

I've enjoyed this pillow, though it is a bit too big for stomach sleepers I've found. Because it's a bit oversized, it makes it ideal for back and side sleepers I'd say, but for stomach sleepers (like me sometimes), I ended up waking one morning with a sore neck that lasted a week. I would have paid the price of the pillow (which is quite a lot) just to relieve that stiff neck. Since I shift in the night, I've been careful to have another pillow around to use as well as the ghostpillow.

I bought the GhostPillow because I wanted a down pillow but didn’t want to pay the price and this was a great compromise. It’s not as expensive but just as comfy and soft and I actually prefer it to down because it doesn’t flatten out during the night like a down filled pillow does. My one (small) complaint would be the logo on the one side. It shows through my pillow cases and yes I can just flip the pillow but it would be nice to use both sides of the pillow (as the logo side also leaves marks on my face). But overall, a great pillow that I would recommend and plan on buying another one in the near future.

I've tried several different pillows over the last few years and couldn't find one that was the right height and comfort for me. I bought the Ghostbed and liked that, so decided to try the Ghostpillow. I love it! The right height for me, cool and very comfortable. In fact I'm buying another one.

The pillow is nicely packaged and makes a nice presentation but, I find that it is too high for me. The gusset is too thick and my neck and shoulders aren't aligned. I wake up with neck pain. I think it is better suited for a back sleeper or stomach sleeper.

Bought the mattress based on Consumer Reports and online reviews(had bedbugs and needed a quick fix). The special they were running sealed the deal. Got the pillows as part of the deal, and glad I did. Didn't think I needed a new pillow. I had a memory foam pillow I liked. But the Ghost Pillow was better. Between the mattress and the pillows I've been sleeping much better. Maybe I should thank those nasty bedbugs??!!

You can immediately tell that this pillow is different from most foam pillows; the foam is very dense and doesn't just crush under the weight of your hand or head. It also does not get hot like a lot of foam pillows, so that is a huge plus. The reason I rated it a 3 star rather than higher is that it is quite thick, and was TOO thick for my personal preference as a back sleeper. I woke with a sore neck.
