we have had our ghostbed for about three weeks now. it is comfortable and we do not "sink" which was a concern before trying a memory foam mattress. it is no more hot or cold than any other mattress i've had. i do believe my back and neck pain have decreased so "so far so good"

Im so in love with these pillows, I bought 4 of them and soon will be buying more to be gifts. Is the best pillow I ever had. So comfortable and fresh. Easy to take care, and the design too. I don't have words to express how happy I'm with these purchase, that everyone I know, I'm recommend it.

Contrary to the claims on the FAQ site, this pillow has an overwhelming smell. It took over the bedroom. I bought two pillows and I woke up the first night with both pillows on the floor trying to escape the smell. It gave me a headache. I am not one of those people who gives really bad reviews. I am happy with almost anything, but this is just not tolerable. When I contacted the staff, they were super friendly and provided recommendation to eliminate the odor, but it has been weeks and the oder is still there. I washed the covers, ran the pillows in the dryer with no heat...squished the pillows daily for weeks and still too much to sleep on. The pillow actually seems comfortable and I sat on them a few times trying to get the smell out and they actually were a bit cooling - so if it didn't;t have the scent I would probably rate 5 stars. I would send them back, but the shipping that I apparently have to pay would be almost as much as the pillows cost me, so I guess I am stuck with them. I am hoping that after another six weeks they may be OK to put in the bedroom without being overtaken by the smell...sorry, I REALLY wanted to love this pillow.

I live in Southwest Texas and it's been hot this summer and it was the worse to wake up find your shirt and pillow case drenched in sweat. So after reading about the Ghost pillow I bought one and since then no waking up full of sweat. It's liked so much my wife tends to steal it for herself a lot. I just might have to pick up another. We both sleep better with this pillow I wake up with less neck and shoulder pain and my wife said she sleeps and stays asleep better with this pillow. With a pillow this good makes me think I need to look into there mattress next time I need one!

I was recommended ghost bed by a co-worker after complaining a lot about waking up with back pain from my old mattress. At first, I thought the mattress was too firm, but it gives my back the right amount of support and I feel well rested and I haven't had to go into work with back pain anymore. I will definitely recommend the mattress to others in the future. My only advice for others considering purchasing is that if you prefer a more squishy mattress is to buy the topper with it as I've been told it makes a difference in the firmness. I've been very happy with the mattress, the shipping time, and how easy it was to set up.

I've been searching for a pillow that keeps my head and back of neck cool ALL NIGHT!! FINALLY, IT'S HERE. I am so excited about this pillow. I expected it to be cool I the beginning of the night and I would wake up sweating. Since there is a 101 night guarantee, I figured, what the heck, I can return it. I've used it every night, and I can honestly say that it starts cool and remains cool until I wake up. I'm very happy with this pillow and I confidently think this Ghost has been busted...one cool pillow!

I ordered one for myself to replace an old memory foam pillow. This one has been sturdy and is very comfortable. I ordered one for my partner soon after. The pillow is a little thinner then I think I need, but it does not seem to effect my quality of sleep

I really was looking forward to these pillows, I ordered two of them and when taking it out of the package, it had this distinctive smell almost like paint primer. It was very unpleasant. I did reach out to GhostBed and they sent me two new pillow, very grateful that they did, but those too smelled the same as the first 2 pillows. I can't sleep with the smell. If I am writing about the quality and the performance of the pillow, I would give it a 3, without sleeping a full night with a pillow, I can't give a full review. It is very soft, and somewhat firm. I like the fact that after squeezing the pillow it reforms into what it originally was. I did ask customer service how to clean the pillow after use and they mentioned that the pillow case that comes with the pillow can be machine washed but the pillow itself can only be damped, not fully washed. Still a little confused on how tot do that but I think just a quick dab and air dry should do the trick - I'm not sure though. If I was able to have the pillow for the full night, I may have given a better review.

I honestly haven't sleep this good in a very long time. It cradles my neck perfectly. The cooling on the pillow is a very nice touch. It has just the right amount of firmness and softness. I believe this pillow will give me the longevity I've been asking for in a pillow for a very long time.

I bought one of these for my girlfriend to keep at my house because she has one at hers and I tell you what...that was a wise decision as she loves that thing so much. She can't say enough about the pillow and says that since buying hers, she hasn't had any neck issues or anything. It's like putting your head on a cloud! I sleep on it when she isn't there, but we won't tell her that!
