My daughter requested a Ghost Pillow for her birthday. She really likes the memory foam and says that it stays cool (which is a priority for her!) I bought one for my husband, too, and he likes it as much as the other-brand pricey pillow we already had. This is a pillow I'd buy again, for sure!

I got 2 of these pillows after the description of the stay cool technology paired with the jell inside for extra comfortability...I have a bone disease and fragile bones as well as scoliosis and osteoporosis...This pillow I use everyday to Support my back while. Sitting watching TV and sleeping..it ACTUALLY REALLY DOES STAY COOL ( other claims of pillows that failed to deliver madee skeptical) as PROMISED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, IF I DIDN'T ALREADY JUST BUY A NEW BED I WOULD DEFINITELY look at the ghost bed mattress and Probably have bought one instead! Great product!! Highly recommend,,!

The pillow was made well. The ice cover is cooling. It was just too thick for us. When I tried to return it I discovered that I had to pay for shipping. I wanted to order the shredded since I would be able to customize it. Unfortunately after learning I had to pay for shipping. I sold them else where and ordered some shredded pillows from somewhere else

I have to admit that I was a total skeptic about the Ghostbed and the affiliated products, but after four of my friends (who had nothing to lose) raved about it, I decided to go for it. Holy cow - greatest sleep I've ever had! I wake up without neck and back pain for the first time in years. Since this review is about the pillows, I'll stick to that and say that they DO have a strong chemically pine tree like smell when you unbox them, but I let them air out for a few days and gave them a shot. The pillow supports my head without being too firm or too squishy. 10/10 would recommend!

I am impressed with this pillow so far. We received two pillows as part of a promotion, when we purchased a king mattress. It is made from a heavier material than what I am used to. It is sort of cross between memory foam and spring type foam, but definitely has more weight than a standard foam pillow. It is also infused with a lavender scent, so it doesn't have that new chemical smell that is often associated with new pillows or blankets. It will also bounce back to its original shape, even after a night of sleeping, without issue. Before getting the pillow and mattress, I was constantly plagued with soar, and kinked neck issues. Ever since we received these, I have been waking up, much more refreshed, and best of all, no more soar neck!

I have been on the hunt for a good, supportive and comfortable pillow for the last couple years. And finally my search has come to an end!! I can’t express how much better my sleep is and what a joy it is to no longer wake up with neck pain and tension headaches

Do not be afraid of the future way to buy a mattress. I have changed my old school thinking that if a mattress does not come from a furniture store, and can come mailed to my house in a box, it must be cheap. If you are thinking this way..don't!! Ghostbed bed is quality! Great warranty to back it up. The home trail period at home is better than any you would get from the traditional way of purchasing. It shipped within a day! Set up was supper easy. I got California King and i should have waited for help to set up. Not impossible, just a little heavy for one person. I was just so anxious. After I did so much review of the various mattresses out there, I was confident I made right choice. The latex layer on top should be your deciding factor. Latex eliminates sleeping hot and latex bounces back enough to not feel so foamy. Plus, the company has been in business longer than others. Thier parent company has made quality ladders forever. (Werner) I just love my Ghostbed from DAY 1. Me or my partner had no problem adjusting and felt 100% better in the morning. No stiffness or pressure point pain. My partner was able to finally sleep solid thoughout the night. Definitely recommend!! This is the new way to buy a mattress.

When I sleep my head gets hot and sweats. I wake up and my pillow case is damp. I have been looking for a pillow that actually cools. After reading countless reviews about the ghost pillow I finally bought one. And finally a cooling pillow that actually works. Had it for over a month and same results. I wake up and my pillow is dry and I feel well rested. I will definitely purchase another.

I’m petite while my husband is big and tall. We both find the loft of this pillow to be just right, and it has the perfect amount of squishiness and support. The cooling pillow cover is fantastic - but note that the cooling material is only on one side, which is fine since we don’t need to keep flipping this pillow throughout the night just to refluff. This truly is the best pillow we’ve ever slept on and highly recommend! However, there are still improvements to be made in order to make it even better: - Offer it in standard, queen, and king sizes because the current size may be a bit small for some. - I’m all for branding, but PLEASE put the embroidered branding on the non-cooling/back side of the pillow cover. Or better yet, put it on a tag that’s sewn into the seam of the cover so it’s out of the way. The large embroidery is HARD, and NOT COOLING, and I’m so bummed that it’s right in the middle of the pillow where I prefer to lay my head. So when my head finally starts to hurt from the hard embroidery, I unfortunately have to flip it to the non-cooling back side to sleep on... still comfy though, don’t get me wrong. - And finally, if the covers were ever improved upon, I’d love for them to be sold separately as replacement covers. Thanks for a comfy pillow, and hence a better night’s sleep!

I heard about this bed on WMAL and after suffering from neck / shoulder pain for over a year, I decided to give it a try. I can honestly say that from the very first nights sleep, I started to feeling much better. It’s now been a little over a month and my pain is gone. I sleep through the night and wake up well rested. What else can I say I love it.
