The memory foam is firm but still yielding enough that it doesn’t hurt my neck. I like that the ghost pillow has its own cover that can be washed for extra hygiene. I also like the mulberry silk pillow case. The height and size of the pillow is perfect.

I’ve had my gel-memory foam Ghostpillow for three years and just bought a new one for my partner (who asked me just today where I got it because he can’t believe how well he sleeps now). It was a game changer for my neck and back pain, and I’m out like a light as soon as my head hits the pillow. It stays cool on the hottest summer nights and has yet to lose its firmness/springiness even after years of use. Love it and I’m never going back to my old pillows!!

This pillow is always cold! I bought my boyfriend one as well. The only downside is that it props my neck up a bit too high as I like a flatter pillow or atleast under my neck a bit more but that's not an issue with the pillow that is just personal preference

I was skeptical but tried it anyway. It is the best pillow ever!! I suffer from hotflashes and night sweats and sleep with a fan on me. This pillow keeps my head and neck cool all night long. No flipping the pillow during the night. I sleep through the night now. I love this pillow so much I bought my son one for Christmas. Thank you, thank you!!

In my long search for the perfect pillow, I read the reviews on the ghostPillow and thought I would try it. There is a chemical smell, I left it out in sun to air out and washed the cover which helped. I slept on it for 5 nights. It was too high/stacked. I am a multi-sleeper (back, side, and stomach and in that order usually). It was good for the side sleeping, but not as good for the back and stomach. It may need some breaking in.’ So I give it 3stars as I would recommend it for a side sleeper, but it was not for me. And so continues my search.

So my last memory foam type pillow was really heavy and hard, but I never had any neck pain so I adjusted to it. This pillow is much softer and comfier (not to mention lighter!)but still seems to support my neck well enough. Sometimes it seems like it might be a teeny bit too soft, but my neck never hurts, so I think I just need to get used to it. My husband really likes super soft fluffy pillows so I was surprised to notice how often he steals it!

My coworker recommended a GhostPillow when I complained that the loose bag of feathers I was using kept leaving me with a strained neck. I made the switch, and I wish I had sooner -- the new pillow is supportive and comfortable. I wake up feeling like a million bucks.

Overall this is an extremely comfortable pillow, but I bought it primarily for the cooling aspect. It feels cool to the touch, but does not stay that way. In fact it eventually gets very warm. If I fall asleep right away, I’m okay. But if if takes awhile, or if I wake up in the night, the warmth can make it really hard to sleep. My other issue with the pillow is the giant logo on it. I sleep low enough on the pillow usually where I don’t feel it, but if you’re on the center, you WILL feel the hard letters. There’s just no reason for this. I really wanted to love this pillow, but unfortunately it just isn’t what it says it is.

This review would be 5 stars but for the large obnoxious sewn marketing label that is one foot long by 2 inches wide put in THE MIDDLE OF THE PILLOW RIGHT WHERE YOUR HEAD GOES. It is stiffer than the foam used to make the pillow. Ruins use of one side of a great pillow. Marketing over function. Marketing in the middle of my product where my head lies. Literally, marketing in my face. How I wish the pillow had your ghost icon in a corner.

My husband and I both have had trouble finding a good pillow. He is a stomach sleeper who suffers from back pain and I am a side sleeper who suffers from neck pain. I bought him a Ghost Pillow first and he loved it. I borrowed it a few times for a nap and decided I needed to get one for myself. Such a great product !
