At first , the internet page to order was not working so I was not able to order at first. I then found the # to the store and called. Customer service guy was awesome and was able to help me make my order. The process went well until Fed Ex deliver my package late. After, such a long period of waiting for my pillows. They finally were recovered I was happy to have ordered my pillows. It was nicely packed in a box and the feel when sleeping on them had made it well worth it. I am happy with my pillows.

Incredible mattress! I was very skeptical initially, however after sleeping on it the first night even— I fell in love. Definitely 100% satisfied, however my pillows never came. I sent an email but have heard nothing back. I was really looking forward to those pillows

We love our new ghost pillows! First off let me start by saying the packaging is top notch. You just know you are getting a quality product inside that box. And yes they absolutely live up to it, we love that you sleep so much cooler with these pillows and never go flat. Highly recommended!!!!!

these pillows look and feel awesome! a little to thick for us but we use them as leg pillows and they are awesome except, the material on the outside of the pillows while its cool to the touch and soft we find it hard to keep them in the pillow cases. they just slide out. but great for relief in-between the legs.

This pillow is so comfortable. When you lay your head on it is conforms to your head and neck. I finally wake up feeling rested with no neck pain or headaches. Some people says it has a smell to it, it is scented with lavender and i think it smells great and relaxing. My new favorite pillow

I am very picky with pillows. I have purchased so many in search of the perfect pillow. Finally, getting two Ghost Pillow has ended my search. I have two only because I sometimes like to be propped up higher than just one. I will definitely get a Ghost Bed in near future once I can decide what to do with existing monster.

I have the ghost mattress and love it. I decided to try a pillow, but I have only bought cheap ones before and didnt think there was value and spending on a pillow. I was wrong! My neck felt amazing after 1 night on the Ghost pillow. It was so great, I bought 3 more for gifts for friends and family.

I’ve been using this pillow for the past 2 months. It has been excellent. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The pillow stays cool throughout the night. The only knock I have is that the pillow case is a bit slippery so sometimes my head slides down off the pillow and I have to readjust. The firmness has remained the same; no sagging notice so far. I would recommend to those who are side sleepers (as that’s the position I sleep in). There was a bit of smell to the pillow straight out of the box but it went away after week 2.

My wife and I each purchased a Ghost Pillow, and both were disappointed right off the bat. There is very little support, with your head going effectively right through it to your mattress no matter which part of the pillow you use. Interestingly, doubling up in an effort to make it more comfortable results in a mass too stiff to use comfortably with very little give; if only a single pillow was as firm. After a week, both of us relegated these rather expensive pillows to either the floor as a pillow between our legs.

I originally ordered the Ghostbed memory foam pillow for it's cooling ability. I've focused so much on cooling that I forgot to search for comfort as well! Ghostbed did NOT disappoint! Not only does this pillow keep me cool at night, it is the most comfortable pillow I've ever laid my head on! I can use it in multiple sleeping positions. No more reaching in the dark for my pillow when I change from my stomach to side. I love this pillow so much that I'm purchasing more for my family! Get your hands on this pillow.
