Stays cool and is the perfect softness for me. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new pillow. Great investment for a great nights sleep. I don’t wake up with a stiff neck anymore. I was up refreshed and after buying this I bought the ghostbed because I was sold on this company.

I love pillows so I am keeping them! But I am also very big on my current pillow and haven’t been able to let it go. They are great tho. I use them as bumper pillows at the head of the bed. Hubby also has a special pillow for his head and neck so he doesn’t use it. So I give it 4 stars because I don’t have a problem with them.

I absolutely love my Ghostbed! I have a history of back issues & this mattress has helped considerably. I'd considered more expensive options, & I'm thrilled I discovered Ghostbed before spending that extra money. After 6 months of sleeping on my Ghostbed, I finally decided to try the Ghostpillow. The combination of the mattress & pillow make me feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Both are worth trying for yourself!

Was not sure if I would care for the pillow. Since I love my store bought cheap pillows. Once I used this pillow I was in heaven, good by to my other pillows. I was so thankful that purchasing my bed these was a gift! I have a bad shoulder and this crandles my heck and shoulder so well I can lay on that side of my body. I call it my side kick ;) anyone looking for wonderful head and neck support I would recommend this pillow! How wonderful it is and will buy another if there is ever a need for one. I honestly didn't think this pillow would be that great. After just one night i was mighty impressed. I have had it for three weeks now,and absolutely love it. I sleep better, my neck feels better and I don't move as much during the night. this pillow perfectly cradles your neck and head. It may be their best product.

There really is nothing special about this pillow. It is overpriced for what you are getting. I am most upset about having to pay the shipping to return it. apparently I didn't read the fine print and it doesn't have the same return as the mattress. I love my mattress.

I can never decided whether I like firm or fluffy pillows, but absolutely love this one! It's a large size and reminds me of the luxury pillows they have at hotels. Not sure if this will be my only pillow since I like to switch up firm and fluffy, but I'm glad to have it in rotation.

It took me a couple days to get used to the pillow. I was using a old, very flat pillow that I would often fold in half. My neck didn't like the change for the first couple days but I don't have any issues now. I like it so much that I recently brought it on a trip. I've never felt the need to travel with a pillow until now.

The ghostbed pillow is a little soft, but alright, still have an odor after 2 weeks. They are not nearly as nice or comfortable as the nature's sleep cooling gel pillows I received from the company before, they were very nice. The buying process was simple and the product shipped 3 days after placing the order.

Not going to lie I was SUPER skeptical when I pulled it out and saw how flimsy and not firm it was because that’s normally what I use. Backstory- I bought a new bed and after I got that bed my neck and back started KILLING me like I had to have my fiancé step on my back every single day to stop the pain, but the bed was so comfortable that I thought maybe it was just time for a new pillow, so I ordered one of these. Like I said at first I was skeptical and didn’t think I was going to be able to sleep. The first couple nights weren’t bad but it felt different, but to my surprise I have been getting amazing sleep and my neck and back haven’t hurt! I’m so happy I got this pillow.
