The website heavily promotes a 101-day sleep guarantee, but that only applies to mattresses. The fact that this item is not returnable is buried deep in the FAQs. One must click on on an FAQ question just to learn that this is considered a "personal item" and that it is therefore not returnable. So, no 101-day sleep guarantee on this or any other mattress topper, just on mattresses. I bought this thinking that if I didn't like it, I could return it, but that is not at all the case. There was no flexibility on this even though I had no idea of this before I bought it.

This is my first memory foam mattress and I never had to go through an adjustment period. Great first night sleep on this mattress. I had to go through an uncomfortable adjustment period with all my previous spring mattresses. I always wake up feeling refreshed.

We love that the bed is adjustable as it seems to be helping with acid indigestion over night. The last few nights we have turned the massage feature on and are asleep before it goes off. Our old bed was so wore, it took a few nights to get use to our new one. I feel we are both sleeping much better!

I have suffered and wasted a lot of money for years now (I have a spinal fusion and another slipped disc) looking for the "miracle" bed. There's nothing more to say about this bed because it is just perfect (for me anyhow). No pain, get in bed, hit "zero gravity" button and it really is the "miracle" position for me to never wake up with back pain. I did my research, if you have the same problems I have then you need not look any further than ghost bed. I also got the LUXE mattress with cooling feeling. Thank you.

I feel like I’m sleeping on a nice cool cloud. The ability to adjust the height of the mattress is wonderful, as well as the vibrations. Having the nightlight under the bed is a great feature as well. The only thing I would change would be to have the remote light up when moved or picked up so that you can see the buttons in the dark. Otherwise it’s perfect!

This topper is nice and soft but still has some firmness to it. The cooling part is okay. I still get hot some nights, but it's better than before I got the topper. I would like to have another inch of padding because the swirls cut out out some of it. I would also like little more firmness in the middle section. Having said all that, I do like the topper. It makes my bed more comfortable and I would buy it again.

Well we actually tried to basic models of beds, the Ghost and the Purple. Both were fantastic but after a month of sleeping on them both, the Ghost won out! We love how supportive and yet soft it is. Not sure how they do it. But, if you like the feel of support while sleeping with a soft touch, this might be your perfect match! We were sad to see our 21 year old mattress retire, but Ghostbed made it a bitter sweet experience. Thanks Ghostbed for making our trip from our old mattress to the new on a smooth journey.

I have DDD, arthritis, neuropathy and this bed has made a difference! The adjustment of position and vibration is fantastic. If I’m hurting and hubby is snoring, I just keep the vibration going until I fall asleep. If I’m snoring, he turns on his vibration which is enough to go to sleep.

I researched as many brands of toppers I could and decided on the GhostBed topper for my wife and I. Really loved the different sections of the topper and what they did. Ordering was easy, and we received in a few days. I opened and let it expand, while I was doing other things. When I went back to look at it, it looked nothing like what was described, not even close. I called in and was told to send pictures including the tag from the topper cover and it would go to their warranty department. Almost a week went by with no response so I called and was told the warranty department denied my "claim" and said the topper could be slightly different based on where is was made. So I would not be receiving a refund. I didn't want a refund, just the topper to be correct. I totally get "slightly" but what I got was nowhere close. It's like ordering a pair of khaki pants, knowing you might get a version of khaki but getting a pair of black pants instead! I am extremely disappointed in this product and how it is shown and what I received. I'm not one to make a fuss out of things but this really has irritated me. I know the company doesn't care, and that's fine, but it's very poor business. They could have made me one of those people who praised their product but instead, do not buy it. See the pictures I have attached and make your own conclusions. Clearly not even in the same ball park from what i got and what they represent.

Have a split king. One of the bedframes is great, the other, the massagers are so loud you can hear them outside. Ghostbed sent me a video to show me how to restuff the foam around the unit. It worked for a minute and then, of course, the foam vibrated out of place. Our units do not look anything like the video so i think there may have been a recent redesign that is under-engineered for noise suppression. Ghostbed has suggested they may replace the vibrating unit, but it works fine...it is the insulating material that will not stay in place.
