We are very happy with the purchase of our Ghost Bed adjustable system. We got the Flex mattress, and it seems to be very comfortable so far. The adjustment system is awesome! I highly recommend the shorter legs, unless you are super tall. The headboard brackets, however, not so much. Was really disappointed that they didn't work with the shorter legs and our headboard. Kind of a waste of money. The initial delivery was on time; however, they did not set up with the extra parts so we had to have them back. 4 appointments later, everything was finally complete. XPO, which is the company that handles the white glove delivery, is very inconsistent with their communication and very unwilling to schedule a delivery window that is convenient for the customer. The guys who did the actual setup were great!

I was struggling with back and hip pain and thought I would try a mattress topper but I didn’t have high hopes. I am happily surprised that I am now sleeping deeper and waking up in less pain and sometimes no pain. I was in an auto accident so the pain is something I love with. I highly recommend and hope to buy one for my son.

The mattresses is very firm and it’s exactly what the wife needed. She has has back issues and this has given her great rest. I have enjoyed all the features on the adjustable base. The under the bed lights makes it nice for late night restroom trips. I like the zero gravity setting also, and the variable massage settings offer a nice touch! Remote doubles as a flashlight when needed.

I'm not sure when adjustable bed frames started becoming trendy, but this is one trend worth checking out. From being able to read comfortably in bed to being able to sleep at an angle to aid my sinuses, I love this bed frame! The fact that the frame is raised, makes accessing storage (or scared foster kitties) much easier, and the fact that it lights up, makes all the difference. I am a little worried about losing the remote, but so far so good. For me, this was well worth the investment.

We've had a Tempurpedic mattress for the past 7 years. It just wasn't making my back happy any more at all. For the past couple of years I was waking up in awful pain! After researching several mattresses, we settled on the Ghostbed with dual adjustable bases. There was a small issue with our initial shipment- one of our twin XL mattresses was not the correct mattress- but Customer Service was very responsive and corrected the error right away. I especially loved that they had us donate the mattress that was shipped in error to a local charity, rather than having us return it. Once we had the new mattresses, everything was easily set up. I love this mattress so much more than the Tempurpedic Cloud we had before - and with the adjustable base, my back is finally waking up happy in the morning! It does take a little getting used to going from one king mattress to a split king - but having the dual adjustable bases makes it a very bearable change! The top surface of these mattresses is very satiny, so we found that our sheets were sliding around on them. However, that issue was easily solved by getting mattress protectors to put under the sheets. We are very satisfied with the mattresses and the entire process, and would definitely recommend Ghostbed! And seriously, if you have back problems, the adjustable base is definitely a lifesaver!

It took almost two months to get it, despite claims of "super fast shipping." Credit card was charged at time I placed order even though they knew they couldn't fulfil my order when it was placed. Upon unpacking the topper, it smelled bad -- this was expected, but it took three weeks before it could be tolerated so that it could be used. I'm not sure it could be considered cooling, but it definitely was not hot like the previous topper we had. Definitely makes for a more comfortable sleeping experience than our mattress which was too hard -- the main reason we bought the topper so I guess that was good. Main reason I'm giving it two stars is because of the length of time it took to ship and the three weeks it took to "off gas."

We were remodeling, so we have only had the bed up for 8 days. Love the bed’s individual adjustability and comfort. Only issue is the mattresses slide apart very easily, I wish there was a side bar like the bar at the foot of the bed. Wish the mattress said GHOST BED like the picture.

awesome setup. It may take some getting used to, depending on what you had previously. It feels MUCH more firm than our Sleep Number, but that's to be expected. (think: going from an air mattress to a legit mattress) it's already helping alleviate the shoulder impingement the Sleep Number inflicted...

Very comfortable bed and a great value!! I am a back sleeper and suffer with leg pains while lying down. which make it difficult to get comfortable. The adjustable base along with the Luxe Mattress has helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep. Quick and professional service!!

I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase and adjustable bed and that led me to Ghostbed. We finally settled on a King Split with an adjustable base with the 3D Matrix mattress. However, the 3D Mattress turned out to be to soft for us. GhostBed customer service was super responsive and sent us out a different mattress, the Flex mattress which was firmer and perfect for us. They had arranged to pick up the 3D Matrix mattress at no cost to us. Both mattresses kept us very cool, as I am a very hot sleeper. We had also received the sheets they offer and they are AMAZING! Very soft, keeps you cool, and has a band around the edges to keep the sheets on the bed! We also decided to get the mattress protectors as well, and they have that great band on them too, perfect for the adjustable base so it doesn't slip off. Our bundle also came with the GhostBed pillows (shredded) and they are awesome pillows. I had to remove some stuffing out of mine, which was super easy to do. They are very comfortable and adjustable.
