We love our split king adjustable frame. The charger for USB is a little difficult to access, but that's our only complaint. I did order the pillow, and the monogram on the pillow case makes in very uncomfortable.. so they need to redesign this issue. I just removed the case entirely.

The white glove Delivery was really good. They set it up very quickly. The bed itself is very comfortable very easy to use the remote controls. I have the split king. The only problem I am having is the bars at the end of the bed that hold bed in place keeps coming undone.

We absolutely love it. Hubby has sleep apnea and I have circulation issues. The adjustable base helps both of us, it elevates his head and elevates my legs. The remote has very cool functions. I was unable to get out of bed yesterday since I selected the TV function and I was incredibly comfortable.

Over 1 month in, and I really enjoy the comfort of the adjustable base. It supports my queen mattress, and I have been sleeping better on this setup than on my old mattress + box spring combo. The base adjusts as expected, and I have used it for TV or reading positions mostly. I would like the massage to be a little stronger, but it's still pretty nice as is. The wireless remote is certainly handy. The USB chargers are decent (not fast charging, but good enough to charge my phone overnight) and convenient. Installation takes a little while, but is not difficult. The instructions are clear, so that's not problematic.

Comfy, yes. But as a plus sized couple, it doesn't support well. My rear still sinks down and I'm not able to lay on my side comfortably. There's a definite "give" in the middle where you almost have to climb out. My husband is 6'5 and when he inclines the head, his feet hang way off. Not worth the couple grand we spent. Oh, and did I mention it took almost 3 months to deliver? Terrible shipping service.

We got a new mattress and figured it was time to upgrade our 14 year old foundation bases. These do everything and then some. Phones charged, heads lifted to watch tv and of course backs massaged. Also has a awesome ambient lighting system so no more stubbed toes.

It has everything pricier bases from other companies have, including a handy light and USB ports. My only issue so far is the mattress seems to slide a bit too easily on the base. It’s not like it’s going to fall off while it’s adjusting, it just seems to slide to the side progressively day to day from getting in and out. But the mattress is light and easy to move so it’s easy enough to correct

Shipping came from all different areas, sheets came frome one area, pillows from a different area, bed frame from a different area and mattress from a different area. I never knew which box I was getting from the updates and when I thought I had it all then surprise! Another box showed up in my snow covered driveway without any tracking information. This is our second Ghost bed. So evidently we are happy with the quality of the product. Yes we would buy again.

The ghost bed gets better with time. Initially appeared too firm but after a few weeks I am loving it. It has been years since I awoke without sore shoulder and back. Now I awake ready to go with no pain. Thank you ghost bed. The pillows confirm great and cooling sensation is nice.

The GhostBed is by far the BEST bed I have ever owned! I have had this for a little over a month and have never slept so well. I have had sleeping issues for years but not anymore! I used to wake up several times during the night without being able to fall back to sleep. I consistently sleep right through the night without interruption. I highly recommend this product and have already referred several friends. The pillows are great as well. Lastly the customer service team is EXCELLENT! I bought an adjustable base which unfortunately came damaged and they resolved the problem immediately with one phone call. Its nice to know there are still some great companies out there who stand behind their products. Thank you, Joe
