I give it a 4.5 actually. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but I opened it and everything seemed in order. I did have to screw in a couple of screws that had come out. That aside, there are more great things about the bed. I love how simple the bed is to get set up, the mattress is comfortable, it looks nice, it does not make much noise, the features of the lights and massage, the easy to use remote all make for a wonderful product for a good value.

Very easy purchase especially during the pandemic. Was hesitant to purchase a mattress without first trying it out but I am satisfied and surprised at just how supportive the Ghostbed is for a mattress you purchase on line! It was a little firmer than what we had before so it took an adjustment period to adapt to the difference but we are both happy with it now. This is the first adjustable bed we have owned and I love the ability to raise my feet to counteract any swelling during the day. The motor is very quiet and does not disturb my husband when I make adjustments during the night. It was a considerable investment since we ordered the deluxe mattresses but you get a bit of a break on the combo price. I also ordered to faux feather Ghostpillow and I LOVE it! Overall we are very happy with our purchase

That's what my daughter said when she spent the night a couple of days after getting my GhostBed memory topper. Fast delivery, opened, (No bad smell as others had said) and laid flat as recomended (I left out overnight). I put on my bed the next day with the mattress cover which fit tight but not impossible. I feel like I was being hyper-critical after reading all the reviews but this GhostBed mattress topper is great. It really is a game changer.

I wanted an adjustable bed because my back has always hurt, and has gotten worse as I age (I'm only in my 30s though!). I also needed something that would accommodate a heavy build. This bed is everything I could have wanted. It was easy to set up, and it's so comfortable to sleep in. I look forward to bed. :P

I need to sleep elevated due to a medical issue and the GhostBed Adjustable Power Base is wonderful. It is also great for elevating my legs when they are sore or swollen. It is whisper quiet and I can even set it to go to the same position every time with the press of one button! I’m so glad I chose GhostBed!

We absolutely love our new Ghostbed flex and our adjustable base. I really had to talk my husband into the adjustable base, because he told me we were not old enough for something like that(he was actually a little mad at me when I just ordered it), however now I know where to find him. He is always in the bed watching a movie. We had a brand name memory foam bed prior to getting the flex and we were both pretty nervous about going to hybrid bed with springs, but it is amazing! I no longer wake up with my back hurting or toss and turn all night. I highly recommend Ghostbed and the adjustable base if you want to sleep better.

We are completely satisfied with our new adjustable Ghost bed! Easy to assemble and works like a dream! Compared to other manufacturers the Ghost bed is a far better value and even offers additional features such is under bed lite and full body massage. You won’t be disappointed!

There is nothing wrong with the legs. But they are too short for what we needed. An 8 inch leg would have been the best. We had to make a wooden block to make the 8 inch we needed. You didn't have the choice of an 8 inch. Thanks for asking our opinion.

The adjustable foundation is fantastic. There is under bed lighting, a massage feature and even a USB hook up. I needed the bed for my back problems and it has finally given me amazing sleep. I have the classic mattress with it that is very suitable for my condition

It was touch and go for a little while. My snoring at night would drive my wife crazy, because naturally I would fall asleep before her. With the adjustable base, my wife can raise the head of my side (split king) without waking me, allowing her to get some sleep too. The disappointing part of the split king, is how the beds can shift creating more of a gap. I feel that if there were some sort of edge secure, similar to the foot secure, it would tie them more securely together. I will say that I recommend a split king to couples who may have different sleep patterns, especially with snoring. It has made a world of difference.
