My husband had awful shoulder pain for months no matter what sleep number he inflated or deflated our bed to. Less than a week of having our ghost topper in place, his pain was gone. I can finally sleep on my left side for longer than 10 minutes. Wonderful a whole new sleeping position.

Nice bed combo very comfortable. Using the ghost protector seems to negate the cooling of mattress and does not allow foam to use body heat as well to conform to your body. Everything is high quality however it seems the ghost protector is a waste of money and not returnable. We really like the sheets they are very nice. Have not received our pillows yet as they were on back order.

We have a Split King adjustable base with the Lux mattresses so far we are very happy with our purchase, the adjustable base has really help my wife with her health issues as she needs to sleep with her head elevated. The mattress is very comfortable we would purchase this set again

I was waking each morning to lower back and leg pain . I researched alternatives . and decided to purchase a ghost bed memory foam topper . After 4 weeks have noted a considerable difference , and still improving . I am satisfied with the results so far . , not to mention the savings versus having to buy a new mattress .

The remote is connected to the split king ghost bed, Both sides of the bed rise and lower together, but not evenly and don’t stop in the same position but one side is a couple inches higher than the other. Is this expected? Or, can this be adjusted to work more evenly? Thanks.

AMAZING! After a long day at work, then standing and running around the house cooking, cleaning and settling for the evening...I have come to very much look forward to sliding into my new Ghost Bed and hitting the, "ZG," button for instant release of joint pressure. There has been nothing like it and I feel relaxed and my body is so happy! We love the massage features as well. We have lots of cats, so we use the under bed light as a warning to them that we are about to adjust the mattress, and they have actually learned to come out from underneath the bed when the light comes on. We are having so much fun learning all that our new adjustable base bed has to offer, and appreciating the evenings of deeper, more comfortable sleep. Thank you so much!

After looking around at multiple stores and online sites, my wife mentioned ghost bed to me. So we looked on the east to use website and found our bed. The adjustable base, medically needed, had more features than I anticipated it having. Since sleeping on the 3d flex mattress, I haven't had much back pain. I wake up feeling rested and pain free. The same style matress and base would have cost us over 6k anywhere else. Super happy with our purchase.

We bought the sheets from ghost . They are so slick that at times we have almost slid off the bed. They slide off the pillow cases. I have a lot of back issues and so far when I wake up my back feels worse but I know it will take awhile to adjust. The !ed seems lumpy. I have been sleeping in a recliner for 2 years.

This topper didn't seem to help my hip pain, actually it made my hips feel much worse after using it, and it's been a few weeks now, no better....It may be due to the cooling cover, as it fits rather tightly? Other gel toppers, (I've had 4, plus a few more for my extra bedrooms), have worked much better for me and my company in the past. This one is firmer, possibly due to the cover... My husband likes this one better because it's definitely more firm, I do not, and have had to resort to using my old gel topper on top of this one. It makes our bed look ridiculous since my half is higher than my husbands. He doesn't want thicker gel on his side. I'm very Disappointed in this topper, since it was much more expensive than all others I bought in the past. I gave my feedback to the company asking for their help, maybe there is something better they can offer, but haven't yet heard back, except they would like me to compete a survey? If you have hip or joint problems, I would not recommend. Or, if you would like your mattress to be softer like most gel toppers will provide, again, I'd try a different one, maybe one of Amazon's choices, they have always worked well for me. My other topper was working just fine and was fairly new, but I ordered this one because one of the reviewers said it felt helped their hips.... And I thought, if it costs more, maybe it'll be even better? ...not so for me... Perhaps their hip problems are different than mine.

It was so easy to set up! The adjustable base is quieter than our old sleep number bed. The timed massage feature is nice. The flashlight on the remote is handy. The USB ports are not that accessible. We got the flex mattress and my husband loves his. It would be nice if they offered shorter bed legs. Another company offers 6” bed legs. Customer service was spotty. Some of the representatives were great, some incompetent. On the whole we are satisfied and would probably order from them again.
