Real loud massage motors on both of the twin xlong beds. Did reach out and got a reply did as suggested really made no difference. Massage modes there are only 3 mode. Cannot do different mode for head and legs. Thought it said a rolling massage this just vibrates.

Mattress pad still has a smell to it even after a month. Also it does not breathe as advertised. Additionally it took two months after placing the order to receive the mattress pad and our credit card was charged when it was ordered not when it shipped. Disappointed in the purchase.

I really LOVE the features on my adjustable base GhostBed! Shipping left the outer box in shreds, but was so pleased when I unboxed and set it up. Very easy to set up and easy to use. I used with my own memory foam mattress and works like a charm. I like the under bed lights as an added feature! I do wish it were a little higher off the ground - but overall am very happy with the purchase.

i love the bed and being adjustable has helped so much. i have trouble lying flat whether being on my back or sides. i elevate the head and legs a little and sleep so much better. the remote works great. got a 2nd one because i am always afraid of losing one and wouldn't want to be without.

We have a tube waterbed that the mattress top was a little tired. We purchased the mattress topper and use on top of the waterbed and it is a fantastic fix. Now it is so comfortable. We are happy that we look into this fix and are completely surprised that this was the perfect fix. It was easy to order on line and the topper came in a couple of days. You can't go wrong on this purchase.

Setting up the new base adjustment was a great instruction n next will get new mattress n i have to wait till base adjustments paid off then will be getting new two XL twin 3 D max mattresses! For this bed about a week ago, already returned it. Fairly easy to set up and mattresses expanded to full size within minutes. One of us loved the bed, especially the adjustable frame. The other one of us found the mattress way too firm, no give at all; and way too hot. Woke up sore & tired every night. Spouse felt fine and had fewer aches. Return policy was great.

We love our new Ghost Bed. Having the best night sleep in a long time. The bed is firm but softly contours to your body. I am not aware of my husband’s movement during the night. We bought the adjustable base combo bundle and are pleased with the easy to use remote. It has some extra features such as vibration for head or foot and under bed lighting. Definitely recommend. I seriously hurt my left hip by sleeping on a futon that caused so much pain because it was so hard. I should have purchased this 6-8 months ago, but I waited. This is the most FABULOUS memory foam topper. My back doesn't hurt as it did before, and I DO believe had I purchased this before my left hip got so severe, I would be able to sleep on my left side without discomfort. One of the BEST investments I have ever made. Also got the cooling topper cover as well. Keeps you cool and comfy the entire night. Love it!!!!

The ghost bed gets better with time. Initially appeared too firm but after a few weeks I am loving it. It has been years since I awoke without sore shoulder and back. Now I awake ready to go with no pain. Thank you ghost bed. The pillows confirm great and cooling sensation is nice.
