At first, I wasn’t sure. It felt different from other memory foam toppers that I have tried. My hips really sank down in, BUT I noticed that first morning I woke up after using it, My back felt better. I had been dealing with back pain. I also noticed that I started sleeping better, a deeper sleep. The more I sleep on it the more I am getting used to it. I just hope it doesn’t break down too quickly. This is why it is a 4 star. Haven’t had it that long.

I researched as many brands of toppers I could and decided on the GhostBed topper for my wife and I. Really loved the different sections of the topper and what they did. Ordering was easy, and we received in a few days. I opened and let it expand, while I was doing other things. When I went back to look at it, it looked nothing like what was described, not even close. I called in and was told to send pictures including the tag from the topper cover and it would go to their warranty department. Almost a week went by with no response so I called and was told the warranty department denied my "claim" and said the topper could be slightly different based on where is was made. So I would not be receiving a refund. I didn't want a refund, just the topper to be correct. I totally get "slightly" but what I got was nowhere close. It's like ordering a pair of khaki pants, knowing you might get a version of khaki but getting a pair of black pants instead! I am extremely disappointed in this product and how it is shown and what I received. I'm not one to make a fuss out of things but this really has irritated me. I know the company doesn't care, and that's fine, but it's very poor business. They could have made me one of those people who praised their product but instead, do not buy it. See the pictures I have attached and make your own conclusions. Clearly not even in the same ball park from what i got and what they represent.

I've been trying to get comfortable with different mattresses, mattress toppers and anything else to ease my back pain. I saw this mattress online and my husband insisted upon getting the adjustable base with it. It was a godsend, I can adjust it for watching TV in bed, sleeping, and the night light feature with the LEDs under the edge of the bed makes it perfect. There were plenty of USB ports, the assembly was easy, it fit between the bed rails of the headboard and footboard on the queen size bed we already have. Used the maximum number of leg length screw-ins and it was perfect. It was delivered within the time frame indicated when I place the order.

We have the king split head to toe adjustable with flex mattresses.. We are okay with the adjustable frame. It’s the mattresses I am not pleased about. They are too soft. It feels like u are falling into the bed when u get in the bed and having to dig your way out to get out of the bed.

The bed is so comfortable. It is taller then our other bed. I like the lights under the bed. It lights up the floor at night if you need it. Being able to move the head or foot of the bed is great. It's not hard or to soft. Watching the videos on your website helped me to pick the right bed for us. We are side sleepers and it has helped us so much. Even if my husband goes to his back he can move the head of the bed up so he doesn't snore. I would recommend this bed and this company. The customer service is great! I have no disc in my L5/S1 from a work injury. I've spent the last year in and out of the hospital and physical therapy. But I wasn't sleeping well in my current bed and found myself sleeping on the couch. I looked at a dozen different beds and Ghost bed was BY FAR the cheapest. I just wanted a good night's sleep and my wife was 100% unsure about me wanting to get a split king. Not only am I FINALLY not sleeping on the couch anymore but I sleep WONDERFULLY! I highly recommend this bed, we got the original mattress in twin xl and the split king frame. My wife even jokes that she loves the bed more than I do. My only recommendation is that anyone getting the adjustable frame should get non-slip pads for under the mattress. Also, it should be noted, setting up the beds was a breeze. I assembled everything myself, even with my back problems. Thumbs up Ghost Bed team!

I was really reluctant to purchase a topper at the cost of this one, but my mattress was terrible and causing me too mich discomfort. I also couldn't spend to purchase a new mattress. This topper was a life changer. Although it couldn't make the mattress perfect, it relieved all the daily aches and pains and finally let me sleep through the night. About to purchase a second one for my guest bed. Super worth it.

Unlike some others, these cannot be used to extend the legs provided with the base. I didn't catch that from the description, but neither did the person I was chatting with. i'm sure, if you want the bed lower to the floor, these will work perfectly.

I’ve had my ghost bed adjustable base for my Queen size mattress for about 3 nights. So far it was an easy delivery. An easy set up and it’s just what I needed for my heart and lung condition. I had the best sleep I have had in years the first night. Now I’m one of those people who don’t want to get out of bed ! So glad I found you online! I was about to spend more for less.
