I expected more from this mattress for the price but to me is like any other mattress I had in the past. The adjustable frame is nice but super heavy to move . The delivery persons try their best to help me put it inside the house but since they can’t step inside it was difficult for me to get it inside.

Could not be happier! We were a little skeptical about buying a mattress online since you can't feel it before you purchase it. We took a leap of faith and we absolutely love our adjustable ghost bed flex! We even bought a second one for another room. Delivery was fast and effortless. Set up was pretty easy, requires two people. No break-in period, we were comfortable as of the first night's sleep.

I am very happy with my GhostBed. The mattress fluffed up very nicely. The bed was kind of hard to assemble. The 2 sections didn't quite line up. A few wretches and loosening some nuts and bolts helped it line up. I slept on it, very comfortably, from the first night. It had no odor.

The set up is really easy. It took a while for my mattress to come in so only have slept on it 3 nights but so far seems good. I would recommend however I removed one star for service. Overall it was good except when it came for the delivery of my mattress what I was told would be the date was actually later than that.

I recently had surgery and was told that I could never sleep laying down again so I got the dual adjustable king-size. I did not receive pillows or sheets I did however get two T-shirts. One side does not go all the way up now it did in the beginning it doesn’t now. The mattress... it’s OK. My old mattress was more comfortable. For the price that I paid for this bed I would not recommend it.

Our Ghost bed was very easy to put together. We are an older couple and were a little concerned about installation, but it was very easy. This is a replacement for an older adjustable bed of another brand. We like the additional features of this bed (under bed lights etc.). This bed has more adjustments and is more comfortable than our last one. We recommend this bed.

Game Changer!! GhostBed is the most comfortable bed my husband I have ever owned. We love the adjustable features and the remote control is awesome! I can adjust my side without bothering my husband and the message head and feet is wonderful after a hard day of work. We look forward to going to sleep in our new GhostBed! Bed and frame arrived separately. The frame arrived first and seven days later, the mattress arrived! I assumed when you ordered a “set” both pieces would arrive together? The mattress is like sleeping on a marshmallow. I called to complain about how soft the bed was, and I was told to remove the mattress and walk on it to remove air, and to repeat this process over the course of several days. Okay, nowhere in the “instructions” (on the side of the box), are you instructed to walk on the mattress over a period of several days, before installing it on the frame. I walked on the mattress a few times a day over the course of a week, and then drug the mattress back on to the adjustable frame, and saw little improvement. Also, there are no handles on the outside of the mattress, and I live alone, so removing a queen sized mattress from the frame by yourself is quite challenging. I must wait 30 days to return the mattress, and I’m like a little kid counting down the days before Christmas. I cannot wait to be rid of this mattress! If you weigh 95 pounds, it might be a great bed, but I do not. I’m 5’11” and weigh170 pounds. If you sit on the side of the bed it collapses to the frame, zero support. I sleep in the middle of the bed. The remote control is great, and the lighting/ illumination feature underneath the frame is nice. The massage feature is a joke, as the mattress absorbs the vibration and whatever movement you feel is very, very subtle.

The order was fast and simple with the help of an agent. Product was delivered on time. Set up was simple and easy. The bed frames are sturdy and strong. All functions operate smoothly. We are enjoying the bed and hope it would last a long time.....

The remote is connected to the split king ghost bed, Both sides of the bed rise and lower together, but not evenly and don’t stop in the same position but one side is a couple inches higher than the other. Is this expected? Or, can this be adjusted to work more evenly? Thanks.
