We waited over two and a half months for this product. The whole process was disgusting with how the company handled it. We were upset that they had falsely advertised the processing and shipping timeframes and whenever we called for any type of update we were met with “we don’t know” The product once finally delivered 60 days past the promised timeframe is a good product, but buyer beware if you’re expecting your purchase in a timely fashion

I was hoping this topper would be a fix for our overly firm mattress. It’s not poorly made, but not doing anything for us. We are both stuck with back pain every morning and this has not helped. And to be clear, our current mattress is brand new, but too firm. This topper did not help soften it.

Great bed! While recovering from medical issues involving my back, I could not sleep in our old regular bed. It was a good bed and only a few years old. But try as I might, I would retreat to my power recliner after an hour or so and I dreaded nights. There were some issues getting the delivery scheduled which the ghost bed team quickly resolved. Once the bed arrived it's been a joy. I can look forward to a good sleep every night. And the sheets are divine!

GhostBed has been interesting. As I've never slept on am adjustable bed before it took me a while to get the hang of it and find a comfortable position. I've now had my new bed for a few weeks and was almost ready to throw in the towel. My pillows finally showed up three days ago and it has been significantly better for my sleep comfort. The pillows do have a bit of a smell at first but not overwhelming. Overall I do enjoy my GhostBed and plan to keep it.

I love my foam topper from ghostbed. Because I'm having work done on the upstairs bathroom near the bedroom oh, I have found it necessary to sleep on a sofa bed downstairs. I cannot believe how much sleeping on that hurt my body. My hip bones screamed in pain. My topper has made all of the difference in the world. It's soft but not too soft. I'm getting the proper support on my hips. I am so happy I purchased this product. Also, the dog usually sleeps in her bed on the floor, she's now spending the entire night in bed. She gives the topper an A+too!

Although the mattress topper provides the extra cushion and support I was looking for, I’m not sure it has the cooling effect that is advertised. The mattress pads cover is what is advertised as “cool to the touch”. That’s great, but it’s under my fitted sheet. I read the information and knew what I was purchasing, so I’m fine with it. I just don’t understand why it’s consider a “cooling topper” when there is a layer between. Overall, the topper meets my needs.

The ghost bed gets better with time. Initially appeared too firm but after a few weeks I am loving it. It has been years since I awoke without sore shoulder and back. Now I awake ready to go with no pain. Thank you ghost bed. The pillows confirm great and cooling sensation is nice.

The adjustable base is chinsey and not worth the big $$$. Remote feels and works like a late 90tys tv remote, nothing special or neat about it. The frame feels weak and rollers on the lift plates are cheap plastic. Now the massagers are about the most ridiculous part of this bed. Gimmicky trap. One plate for the upper area and one plate for the feet. There isn't a massager, its just a loud vibrator on a steel plate. I don't know how they can even market it as a massager. Ghost does a lot of things right, but if I was Ghost Bed I'd be embarrassed to sell this product especially for the ridiculous dollar amoun.

I bought the Ghostbed Queen Lux. I was not disappointed. Even though there was a problem with the product (the seam on the bed cover is unraveling) and a hole in the base from the shipping company, the bed is unbelievably comfortable and the sheets make it even better. The customer service was prompt in addressing the issues described above with no difficulty. They sent me a repair patch kit for the hole and have assured me that my new cover is on the way. I would recommend this bed to any and everyone, it's comfortable, cool and backed by great customer service.

Love my new ghost bed with adjustable base and all the features. As a reader, it's the perfect way to end my day, and I love the ability to plug my phone to base and charge overnight. Mostly, it is so very comfortable and gives me a relaxing and refreshing night's sleep. Thank you for my new bed!
