Avoid Ghostbed. They advertise products are in stock. When your items dont show up, you call them, they give you BS delays. Well, when our mattresses finally arrived three weeks late, we discovered the mattress tags indicated they were constructed weeks after we placed the order!! After finally getting it here and set up, the products are good. They will tell you there are delays due to COVID. Just not at the point of ordering. Ironic. We like the product, not the company.

Hi G/Bed. My husband William was in hospital with kidney failure. I saw your ad on tv impressed me. Spoke with Zack who was so awesome. Ordered on Thurs arrived on Sat OMG . 6 wks later brought him home 80 lbs lighter very weak but still smiling. Helped him into bed he did not notice. I took remote raised his head. I thought the bed said it hugs your body. I thought maybe it would take a couple days to have the mattress fully expand. I got the bed because the reviews looked good. I ordered the bed on a Sunday it said 2-5 days shipping. It came 9 days later. Then I didn’t get the mattress cover for a additional 4 days. I am having surgery this Thursday and now am stressing out because the bed is to stiff. My body has been sore every day I wake up. I think I need to call and have my mattress changed to something softer. I am just wondering how I can do this before Thursday because I won’t be able to lift anything heavy after that.

Recently purchased the six inch legs for my in-laws ghostbed. They are very pleased with having the bed lower to get in and out of for safety reasons. I do wish that there were medium size legs somewhere between 6inch and 12 inch. We do love our adjustable ghostbeds.

I really wanted to like this product. First, the shipping. The website said 8-10 days. Then after 10 days I inquired and they told me it was 10-14 days. After 14 days I inquired and they told me next week.... then next week... then have me the run around about how great their product was.... then no answers at all as to when I would receive the product. Almost 3 months later it arrived. It's basically a foam Topper you can get anywhere. It's nothing special. Cost a lot for it.... too much and too to top it all... it makes you extremely hot at night. Such an awful experience all around :(

We have had the Ghostbed for a couple months now and it is so much better than the memory foam king mattress we were on. This bed we do not wake up with the aches and pains we did with our previous one and we love the adjustable base. As for the mattress I just hope it lasts for a long time with all the bending it get with the adjustable base and all. But overall it has by far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a well made product...

Impressed with the overall quality, no complaints other than delivery. Not sure if Ghostbed deserves the blame for it but we received our mattress and frame almost a week apart and the delivery was delayed multiple times. The bed and base seem like a good value.

We purchased the adjustable twin XL power bases to help us sleep better and boy did it help! My husband doesn't snore as much, which helps him feel more rested In the morning and since he is no longer snoring all night, I no longer wake up 15 times a night!

I am a side sleeper & I absolutely love this bed. No longer do I have any pain in the mornings especially on my hips and shoulders. And I never get tired of that cold feeling every time you get into bed. I definitely would recommend this bed to anyone.

I have suffered with acid reflux for over 15 years. Each year it seems to get progressively worse.. I have tried every kind of pillow from wedges to down to shredded foam to memory foam to cornhusks, or no husks, you name it! None of them have worked.. I came across an ad for ghostbed and started doing a little research.. I compared them to the other adjustable beds on the market as to their specifications and their reviews. For my money this was the bed to try. They have an outstanding 300 plus night return policy and the price was good. The features were more than what I needed. I will admit I was still skeptical. Ordering the bed was a piece of cake, click click done. When The bed arrived it was very easy to set up. I love the infinite variations of positions that you can achieve with the well designed remote.. Imagine my surprise when only a week in of sleeping on the new bed I had not had heartburn not even one time! I started experimenting with my diet and in 1 week I ate red pasta sauce 3 times, twice after 8 o'clock p.m. And I had no acid reflux. Again, it has only been about a month but I am happy to report I have not experienced acid reflux not even once since getting the ghostbed, whereas prior I had it 3 to 5 times per week. I highly recommend the ghost bed
