Excellent mattress & base combination. My old mattress was a 15 year old firm pillow top, so I took a few days to get use to. After sleeping on it for a few weeks I can say I love my Flex mattress! I'm 240 lbs an it supports well. The base seems to work well & has features I love: backlit remote with flashlight, under bed lighting. Enjoy.....

We are very pleased with the bed in general. The mattress is so comfortable and gives a good night's rest. The one complaint about the design of the base and should be looked into, is that one gets moved away quite far from the bedside table when the headrest is raised. There are some other products that have managed to keep the headrest closer to the backboard while in the raised position. A patient would struggle to reach medications/water etc while in the raised position in the Ghostbed. If you should ever make this change, I would certainly want to exchange my base for that design. The base was nicely priced and has some nice features. Very easy to assemble. Love the presets, massage and LED lights. The USB ports come in very handy. I'd give this 5 stars but my only complaint is the backlight on the remote doesn't stay on very long to allow you to make your choice in the dark. Words of advice though for anyone thinking about getting an adjustable base that sleeps with a partner. If one of you likes sleeping in zero G and the other is strictly a side sleeper, you might want to work it out before getting the base. Side sleeping and Zero G don't mix in my opinion.

I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase and adjustable bed and that led me to Ghostbed. We finally settled on a King Split with an adjustable base with the 3D Matrix mattress. However, the 3D Mattress turned out to be to soft for us. GhostBed customer service was super responsive and sent us out a different mattress, the Flex mattress which was firmer and perfect for us. They had arranged to pick up the 3D Matrix mattress at no cost to us. Both mattresses kept us very cool, as I am a very hot sleeper. We had also received the sheets they offer and they are AMAZING! Very soft, keeps you cool, and has a band around the edges to keep the sheets on the bed! We also decided to get the mattress protectors as well, and they have that great band on them too, perfect for the adjustable base so it doesn't slip off. Our bundle also came with the GhostBed pillows (shredded) and they are awesome pillows. I had to remove some stuffing out of mine, which was super easy to do. They are very comfortable and adjustable.

I was hesitant about both the mattress in a box as well as an adjustable base, but I've been very pleasantly surprised. Everything advertised has been true and the quality of the product was much better than I expected. Now, sleep is a restful experience instead of the chore it had become. Couldn't be happier with both products.

Trying to find something comfortable for 2 military veterans turned cops is hard! This bed has been amazing for both of us. Sleep quality has increased, we aren't waking up in pain anymore, falling asleep is easier.... I couldnt ask for anything better. I recommend this bed to anyone!

Our adjustible base arrived quickly and was easy to set up, eventhough all instructions were only in French. The preset positions are nice, I like the flashlight option on the remote. We bought the split king bed frame and I was worried that the remotes would affect both sides, but they pair to each bed and we've had no issues! The rail on the bottom is a must to keep the matress in place, one on the side might help keep the mattresses from parting, but this has only been a small issue that gets solved with a small push in the morning.

I've owned sleep number for 22 years and thought I was happy. I recently purchased a second home and wanted to stay far away from sleep number so did a bit of research - found Ghost. I cannot say enough! No more backaches, no more sweating all through the night. The massage just lulls this tired body right to sleep and I stay cool and comfortable not even waking up every couple of hours like I've been doing in the sleep number bed. WORTH EVERY PENNY and the white glove service was also AMAZING!!! I've told everyone I know to try this bed and when it's time to replace my beds at my main home they will be Ghost as well!!!

We were able to set this up in 60 minutes husband and I were quite amazed how easy it was to do. Were loving the mattress took no time to fall in love with it. Love the massage and the timer so auto shut off, no more sore necks from reading or watching Television in bed. The foot raise has helped with resting the legs and taking pressure off both legs and feet feel much better as no sore feet when stepping out of bed in morning.

I love it I have no trouble sleeping and I like a firm mattress. The reason I purchased the adjustable bed was for a leg injury in 2019 and I found myself requiring to elevate my right leg to avoid swelling in the ankle. Sleeping with a pillow caused me to sleep abnormally hurting my back, zero gravity mode allows me to elevate the leg and not worry in what position I am in, either side or back. My ankle does not swell any longer.
