Set up was surprisingly simple it only took 10 minutes. We have worked the different positions and they are as advertised. Using the controls on the remote control are simple and easy to read very good product. One complaint I do have is when you turn the massage feature all the way up on both the head and the feet features it has a loud noise that emanates from the base other than that it’s a good product.

I did a lot of research before my purchase. I chose Ghostbed because of the depth of the mattress topper and the great reviews. Here is another great review. This thing is so super cool. It’s not flimsy or stupid. It gives support and an addition of coziness I really appreciate. One word of advice, be prepared to let it air out for at least 5 hours, more would be better. Brand new it will stink up your whole house. But once the smell is gone, it’s gone and all is well, and you can finally sleep again.

Great adjustable bed option. Easy to assemble. Lots of positions, including preprogrammed. Massage is ok, but really just vibration. Only real issue we have is that the presets have changed position over time and sometimes don't work at all. Controllers still work fine on manual, but I miss the presets going where they did when we got the bases.

I thought the bed said it hugs your body. I thought maybe it would take a couple days to have the mattress fully expand. I got the bed because the reviews looked good. I ordered the bed on a Sunday it said 2-5 days shipping. It came 9 days later. Then I didn’t get the mattress cover for a additional 4 days. I am having surgery this Thursday and now am stressing out because the bed is to stiff. My body has been sore every day I wake up. I think I need to call and have my mattress changed to something softer. I am just wondering how I can do this before Thursday because I won’t be able to lift anything heavy after that.

This topper is nice and soft but still has some firmness to it. The cooling part is okay. I still get hot some nights, but it's better than before I got the topper. I would like to have another inch of padding because the swirls cut out out some of it. I would also like little more firmness in the middle section. Having said all that, I do like the topper. It makes my bed more comfortable and I would buy it again.

We’ve owned the bed for about two months now, and are pleased with our purchase. Temperature regulation throughout the night is much better than our old box bed. Back and neck issues have almost completely disappeared. Watching TV and having coffee in bed in the morning are much more pleasant with the adjustable bed. The only con is the split between the mattresses. To have our cuddle time requires deciding which side of the bed we want to meet at.

So far the mattresses are ok. Not as firm as we would have liked but they are suitable for now. Unfortunately they tend to split apart leaving a gap in the middle. The head board was difficult to attach needing some modifications but nothing I couldn’t figure out. The remotes are ok but we had to attach tape to them inorder to tell them apart.

After doing a lot of research on the right adjustable bed for us we decided to try GhostBed and we are so happy that we did. The beds came fast and the assembly was super easy. My husband and I like different firmness and we were not disappointed with our choice. The mattress is so comfortable we don't want to ever get out of bed!

We went from a 20 year old queen Simmons Beautyrest mattress to the split-King adjustable, and it's heaven! It's so comfortable and feels like luxury. Love that we have different beds and controls that we can adjust to our desired comfort. So great to read and watch TV in as well. We don't use the massage functions much, but they are a nice addition. A little loud, but still nice. The only downsides I've seen so far is - with the adjustable, the top sheet and blankets tend to slide off over time (gravity I think) and two, I have to try to find a bed skirt that will work for this bed. The bottom is unlike most other traditional beds. Wish Ghostbed sold their own bed skirt (hint, hint)!

We love GhostBed! Everything went so well it was almost hard to believe. Customer service was so helpful answering questions before we purchased, the mattresses and frames arrived so quickly, and the installation process (even with a third party arranged by Ghostbed) went seamless! I couldn’t recommend them enough.
