I was needing to see a chiropractor almost monthly for low and mid back pain. Then I went on a month-long cruise for my 50th wedding anniversary. My back pain lessened to almost none. When we got home, I decided to try a mattress topper. If that didn't work, I would get a new mattress. The pain was something I could remedy! I found Ghost mattress topper online. It seemed expensive, but so is chiropractor care. I ordered the split king, which is what we have. I swoon when I get in bed. We had a problem with the fitted sheets not staying on, but I found elastic supports that extend the sheet corners. I'm hooked. My chiropractor is miserable.

However, the mattress is a little too hard for us. Otherwise you guys have the best customer service I have experienced in years! You tried to accommodate us in so many ways. We love the base and will enjoy our Ghostbed with our new topper. Sincerely, Kathryn

I ended up getting the GhostBed Luxe to go along with my adjustable base. The base does take some getting used too if your a side or belly sleeper like I am. But I certainly feel more relaxed and less cranky in the morning after sleeping in zero-g mode!

We were very disappointed in the bed. It is actually less comfortable than the 10 year old bed were were using. It is very firm, and is uncomfortable to sleep in. Often we toss and turn all night due to the fact that it puts to much pressure on the shoulders and hips. I would not buy this product again, and wish I had not purchased it in the first place. The adjustable bases are okay, only problem with them is that one of them was already damaged when we got it. The legs screw into place on the frame, but two of the holes that the legs screw into were already stripped and bent. When we contacted customer service we were told that that is why they have two of them set into the frame. It makes us very Leary that the other one will strip out shortly and then the base will be unusable. The pillows were unusable, and we had bought the different versions of them from this company. All around we are very disappointed with this bed, and definitely would not recommend it.

Love my GhostBed. I was having shoulder surgery and we bought this with the adjustable base in order to help me sleep after my surgery. It was the best investment I could have made to help my recovery. The adjustable base made it easier for me to get in and out of bed with the use of only one arm. And being able to raise the head of the bed allowed me to sleep more comfortably while in a sling. The first couple nights after my surgery I was having hot flashes due to some of the medications I was given, but the GhostBed Luxe with its surface cooling helped regulate my body temprature at night and allowed me to have a more comfortable nights sleep. When I opened the box, the straps that were suppose to hold the motors etc in place were broken. All the washers were broken. They sent 8 replacement washers for me to replace myself. With no directions! Definitely not for a short legged person. Require 2 steps to get in. Would be great if it had shorter legs.

I am thoroughly enjoying my ghost bed mattress topper. It took a while to get here but it has really helped me sleep better. I have chronic back pain and it had become very difficult to get comfortable and I was waking up many times during the night. This mattress topper has really improved my sleep habits

awesome setup. It may take some getting used to, depending on what you had previously. It feels MUCH more firm than our Sleep Number, but that's to be expected. (think: going from an air mattress to a legit mattress) it's already helping alleviate the shoulder impingement the Sleep Number inflicted...

I really like the GhostBed adjustable base! Very easy installation. Took my son and grandson about 10-15 minutes to install the legs, turn it over and plug it in. Only problem was the base only comes with 12" legs. I had to order 6" legs so I could get in the bed. It would be better if the base came with adjustable legs. This base comes with all the bells and whistles. I mostly use the raised head and foot feature. I'm elderly and have chronic pain in my shoulders, back and hips. I'm able to adjust the bed so I'm able to sleep. This base is so much better than a hospital bed! The base is heavy so you do need at least two strong men to install it.

I love my new ghost bed. It arrived quickly and set up was easy. The mattress is super deep and comfortable. The features one the remote are great and I enjoyed checking out the positions. I love that the remote lights up when you touch a button. This is great in the night if you need to adjust the bed. There is also a handy flash light feature for night time trip to the bathroom.
