It's a new bed, who doesn't like that? Love the base foundation but the mattress leaves me either sinking in quick sand on one side and sleeping on concrete on the otherside. I switched sides with my husband last night and realized they're two completely different mattresses.

I asked for a firm bed, and the mattress is quite firm. It took a couple of days for me to adjust to it, but I have been sleeping throughout the night now. The massage function on the base is very nice. I also got their sheets, and they stay on the bed at all times. They do t get pulled off from one side like the other ones I used to use. Overall, get bed for a great bargain.

Ordered a split king with the notion it was a try before you buy. Not so. Bed splits apart, you need straps to hold together. First delivery of bed, the beds were too short. A king is 80" long and these beds were 77" long. My husband is 78" long. Two legs on each bed did not screw into preexisting holes leaving bed wobbly. One of the remotes stopped working. A firmer mattress would have been preferred. All that said, the company did send out a new set. It seems to be fine.

The topper didn’t change my life. I‘ve had it for 3 weeks now and still experience hip, back, and neck pain. I just went ahead and put this topper on top of another one I had. I have had hip surgery and do need extra support. Unfortunately, this topper ain’t the one for me.

We were able to set this up in 60 minutes husband and I were quite amazed how easy it was to do. Were loving the mattress took no time to fall in love with it. Love the massage and the timer so auto shut off, no more sore necks from reading or watching Television in bed. The foot raise has helped with resting the legs and taking pressure off both legs and feet feel much better as no sore feet when stepping out of bed in morning.

I have been sleeping on a mattress that was too firm every time I woke up my body was sore and most nights I didn’t get good sleep. After I received my ghost bed I have been sleeping like a Queen and I love it, it’s so wonderful to be able to have a great night sleep. I love the adjustable base it’s perfect and the massager is a plus to be able to have a massage right in the comfort of your bed while looking at tv or reading a book. I wished I knew about Ghost bed 20 yrs ago, I have been telling all my family and friends about it. I will also be a family of ghost bed from this point on, and thank you for making a beautiful bed like this.

My Friend had the bed already for a long time, he showed me all the features and the things the frame brought, lights on the bottom of the frame, the base capabilities, I was impressed, specially the price tag, he had it for a long time and he hasn’t had any issues with his bed. The instructions were also easy and clear to understand, the pictures of the components really help in doing the set up One minor issue I had, I wish the wire that comes from the bed to adapter was at least 3 or 2 feet longer. Also when I receive mine there was one minor issue, the power adapter didn’t work after a week of use, so I contacted costumer service, they send me an email to send some pictures and additional information, later on after a week I got a new adapter that work perfectly for now, hopefully everything is good, The base is actually quite heavy but is totally worth it, it fits comfort with the bed frame I currently have and I can easily access the bottom of my bed without having to lift anything. Over all I think is a good base and I’m going to give GhostBed the benefit of the doubt on my situation because sometimes things happen and my friends base has last him years already so hopefully my base last me a while

This topper is the first time I've tried such a product and I'm more than happy. I ordered a queen and it is larger than my mattress but my sheets still fit over all corners without coming off during the night. I'm convinced that it is helping me sleep cooler with much less tossing and turning! I was disappointed in the shipping process as it took weeks for it to arrive (something I believe I should have been told at the time I ordered, rather than getting an email stating its on backorder. Other than this issue, I'm overall a happy camper!

What can I say, I adore my bed! The mattress is not too firm and not too soft that you have trouble turning over because you sink into it. And the Adjustable base is great. I have severe lower back pain and poor circulation in my legs and feet. So I use the zero gravity position to lessen the pain and increase the circulation in my legs. It helps me get thru the day! Finding it hard to sleep in other beds now.

Not happy with the new mattress or adjustable bed frame. We tried it and the bed does not support your body like A memory foam. Very disappointing. The sides do not have enough support if you sleep by the edge it sinks right down. When I called for the return I feel Like I’m getting the run around. Now I’m Being told the frame is not returnable I was never told that if I bought a bundle you had to keep the frame. This is very disappointing to me. All they could say was well it is on the website. When I purchased it I was told if I wasn’t happy I could get a full refund within the trial period.
