Learning to love our new bed. It took a few nights to adjust to the firmness and find the right setting. Love that I can watch TV & read with comfort. The controls are easy to use and having preset buttons has been so helpful to find my own perfect setting.

It took awhile for the toppers to show up (back order), but once they did it was like the back pain was gone. I have a older (4 years old) sleep number mattresses (twin king), so no frills. I did not want to buy new mattresses. I like the fact that the included mattress pad covers easily fit over the toppers, and are not to loose.

I have isthmic spondylolisthesis and being able to adjust the bed and vibrations has seemed to ease some of that pain throughout the night! My husband says we should have gotten a split as we don't always agree on a position while we go to sleep. Other than that my only complaint is the head vibration box tends to overheat and stop working until the following night.

The bed and base are ultimately great. But....our king size requires two twin power bases. It appeared to be easy and minimal assembly required for the base. Once we got to the part where you slide the metal locking posts they didn’t line up correctly. After attempting to bend and maneuver the frame around we finally got the post in by hammering it. Thought this might have been a single defect but the second power base had the exact same issue. Once that was taken care of it was all good.

Worked as advertised. My wife and I are in our 50's and have found different preferences for our bed adjustments. We went with the split king mattress and adjustable bases. We have both slept more soundly in the past month and are happy with the performance and features. We really like the presets as well as the "return to flat" button. The only problem is the split between the beds discourages snuggling. The mattresses push apart pretty easily when we meet in the middle

My mom was recently diagnosed with Covid19. We needed a new bed for her after she returned from the Hospital. Having the Bed shipping right to our house was very convenient allowing us to set up her bed before she arrived home. It was easy to set-up and works great. The Ghost Bed Luxe is the coolest temperature mattress I have ever found. The adjustable base is awesome and I already notice the difference in less joint pain. Would definitely recommend this product. Service was great, received the whole system within a week and it’s very easy to set up.

If you decide to purchase this mattress, I got the bundle, you better be sure cause returning it for a refund is is awful. YOU have to find someone to donate it to. Then you have to be sure YOU get the right kind of donation slip to get to GHOSTBED or I'm sure you wouldn't qualify for a refund! I still have mine cause I just don't have time during the day to find someone to pick this up. I will NOT ever buy another bed online! I'm sure this will not get posted but just letting you know my thoughts on GHOSTBED.

I highly recommend the 6” legs if your current bed is too tall for you. Easy to put on once you get the existing legs off. When you order online, you will receive an email asking for your model number so they can send the right legs. Would be better if they had you enter your model number when you order. It took 6 weeks from the time I ordered to the time received due to back order. Be aware they charge your credit card when you order, not when they ship. The 5 stars is for the legs, not the process but I have to say that customer service is quick in responding to emailed questions.

Remote feature is an asset. The only problem is that we fall asleep with it in the bed and roll over on it! There is not a handy place to put it as when the head of the bed is elevated, we cannot reach the bedside tables at the head of the bed. We will have to "invent" a remote control location station somewhere at the headboard.
