My wife and I bought a split king(two twinXL) adjustable bed and we love it! When they arrived one of the beds controls was backwards, the head button on the remote adjusted the feet. I walked customer support and they walked me through swapping the connections on the bottom of the bed to fix. It was easy to setup and took about 10 minutes. Great product!

We are very happy with the purchase of our Ghost Bed adjustable system. We got the Flex mattress, and it seems to be very comfortable so far. The adjustment system is awesome! I highly recommend the shorter legs, unless you are super tall. The headboard brackets, however, not so much. Was really disappointed that they didn't work with the shorter legs and our headboard. Kind of a waste of money. The initial delivery was on time; however, they did not set up with the extra parts so we had to have them back. 4 appointments later, everything was finally complete. XPO, which is the company that handles the white glove delivery, is very inconsistent with their communication and very unwilling to schedule a delivery window that is convenient for the customer. The guys who did the actual setup were great!

This bed is amazing! Both my husband and I hated our old mattress and were constantly waking up with sore backs and numb arms. Since we have received our GhostBed we haven’t had that problem. We love our Luxe mattress. I like to sleep with my legs and head slightly elevated and my husband prefers flat to sleep on his stomach. We both get what we want for our personal comfort. The base was easy to set up and fit inside our bed frame. I highly recommend this bed! The sheets are incredible too!

We had such high hopes for this mattress topper. Our foam mattress had been causing my wife so much discomfort due to overheating at night. I purchased this product with the sole purpose of providing her relief from the heat. However, on the very first night, she admitted that it made no difference in cooling her down. Despite my persistent encouragement for her to give it a fair chance for three weeks, it ultimately proved to be ineffective. The fact that we invested a significant amount of money in it makes our disappointment even more heartbreaking, as all our hopes and hard-earned cash were in vain.

Setting up the new base adjustment was a great instruction n next will get new mattress n i have to wait till base adjustments paid off then will be getting new two XL twin 3 D max mattresses! We are looking forward to getting all together! Then will tell a great time to tell a story!! All righty!! Stay safe! Happy New Year!!

Our adjustible base arrived quickly and was easy to set up, eventhough all instructions were only in French. The preset positions are nice, I like the flashlight option on the remote. We bought the split king bed frame and I was worried that the remotes would affect both sides, but they pair to each bed and we've had no issues! The rail on the bottom is a must to keep the matress in place, one on the side might help keep the mattresses from parting, but this has only been a small issue that gets solved with a small push in the morning.

My experience to date is mixed. It's very comfortable but seems overpriced. Also, one side (mattress and base) tipped over as I got out of bed and I fell to the floor. When I called, all GhostBed offered was the suggestion to place a carpet under the bed. I'm hoping my experience improves.

I bought this for my 99 year old grandma. I had requested a hospital bed because she needs to sit up to ease her breathing. When I spoke with her she mentioned it would make her feel like she was sick or in hospital with a hospital bed. So we decided on a ghost bed snd it’s the best decision ever! She loves it and I can adjust her easily. Very very happy and ended up getting me and my hubs a split king adjustable ghostbed !

I've bought a foam mattress topper before, and I got super hot trying to sleep. Some nights in the summer, I would fold it back and would just lay on my mattress beneath the topper. This topper however , is nice and comfortable and most importantly, keeps me at a nice temperature all night long!

We have a Split King adjustable base with the Lux mattresses so far we are very happy with our purchase, the adjustable base has really help my wife with her health issues as she needs to sleep with her head elevated. The mattress is very comfortable we would purchase this set again
