Love it! My only critique is that I thought the massage feature would be more of a rolling massage rather a vibration and it’s really loud when selecting the mid to max range. I have hard floors and the Hubs said he could hear so I thought he meant the man cave but it was on the first level which I didn’t care since everyone is their room but I later went to the basement and there was no noise so I’m good!

My husband and I have been sleeping on the GhostBed 3D Matrix for about a month and a half now, and we love it! I was very hesitant to buy a bed without trying it, but the return policy is generous. I have allergy/sinus issues and love sleeping at a slight incline. My husband snores and so I keep his controller by my side to elevate his side when he wakes me. Setup was super easy.

We bought a twin xl set to convert into a king, my wife is 7 months pregnant, so she was using tons of pillows to sleep, since we got this, no more trouble sleeping, and no more swollen feet. By sleeping over the remote the 2nd night i accidentally activate the child lock feature, and in the morning the remote was not working at all, neither the bed, i switched batteries, cleared and re program the remote, i was ready to call ghost bed to claim when i read in the manual the child lock feature, so keep that in mind if everything suddenly stopped working.

I was hesitant about both the mattress in a box as well as an adjustable base, but I've been very pleasantly surprised. Everything advertised has been true and the quality of the product was much better than I expected. Now, sleep is a restful experience instead of the chore it had become. Couldn't be happier with both products.

Purchased our bed, adjustable frame, pillows, and bedding online through the Ghostbed website. It was shipped via FedEx from Florida to Alaska at a reasonable price. Pieces came at different times, but tracking packages was simple. The last two pieces - the bed frame and the mattress - were the heaviest pieces and two people were needed to transport them to their resting place in our house! Every box arrived without damage (although the frame and mattress boxes were torn). The setup was fairly easy, and the bedding functions worked as advertised. After one week, we are enjoying all the adjustable frame functions (especially zero gravity and massage!). The mattress (Ghostbed Flex) is very comfortable so far. Great purchase decision for this far north customer!

The ghost bed gets better with time. Initially appeared too firm but after a few weeks I am loving it. It has been years since I awoke without sore shoulder and back. Now I awake ready to go with no pain. Thank you ghost bed. The pillows confirm great and cooling sensation is nice.

WOW@!!! This foam topper is so amazing I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with this product. I have been struggling to find a comfort solution for my hip pain when I sleep on either my left or right side. I have developed arthritis in a number of my joints throughout my body and waking frequently during the night has severally impacted my everyday health. After a lot of online research, I chose GhostBed Topper - I could not be happier or morepleased with this purchase!! It absolutely has improved my comfort and allowed me to sleep better. I love it ! Initially thought this product was too expensive. Took almost three months to arrive. Wen it finally arrived it was rolled up very tightly and seemed kind of small to fit a queen size bed and be three inches thick. I thought for sure this was going back. I followed the instructions, laid it out and gave it time to relax and unfold. OMG, laying on it is the best part of my day. Our sleep patterns have drastically changed and for the better. One of the smartest things I’ve done in the last couple of years. No aches, no pains, just smiles.

I’ve been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks now, no different from before. My back still hurts, and I wake up feeling like I’ve been in a sauna. I was really looking forward to a topper that would make a difference - this wasn’t it. Also, my fitted sheet slips off all night!

Love the bed. Only reason not 5 stars is that original delivery had 2 very different Twin bases. Came from 2 different warehouse for some reason. It was a pain to set it up to realize not the same. But ghost bed did send out replacement quickly. But still a inconvenience.
