We received the adjustable bed and the 3D Matrix mattress. We had paid for white glove and they delivered the adjustable bed that had bad screw holes so the middle leg was sideways and others had to be put in different holes. The mattress was low on one side. I emailed, called and chatted. The only one that I could talk to was the chat and they did not get anything done. After weeks they sent me a leg not the frame that I told them and the installer put on the paper what was wrong. The mattress I took a lot of pictures and they just said that’s normal so if you don’t have a headboard to hold your pillow it will fall off. You have a 120 days to change your mind but if they won’t take it back or make a quality product what good does that do. The excuse I got when I asked why they don’t get back to me was they are busy and that is claims so if your making so many bad products so your busy. The only good thing I can say is I really like the mattress except for the pillows falling off.

I bought this topper because my recent mattress purchase from another manufacturer was awful. It definitely helped me sleep better & is really comfy. However, it definitely gets hot! I run cold, so that says a lot. I did order a different cooling cover, but it’s still a hot. It’s especially hot when my partner is home. I really wish there was a way to make it cooler!

This is a very comfortable, versatile, and multifunctional bed. There are several positions from the top to the bottom of what I call a-must-have-need-to-relax-sleep-comforter. What makes Ghostbed work so well is an adjustable base, the thick soft multi-level, vibrating, massaging mattress that has a remote control. In addition, you may also want to try their soft sheets and feel good pillows, which are sold as a bundle.If you are having back problems, I recommend Ghostbed to at least minimize sleepless or restless nights. So far, I am enjoying my “ luxury sleep zone,” even when taking a nap.

This bed is truly amazing. Very easy to assemble and love the style and feel of the mattress. only suggestion i have and the reason for 4 stars is more of a personal choice i wish i would have not got the split king. there is no way to connect the base and it is not for cuddlers. but again i should have not bought the split King. thats on me. everything else is perfect.

I have really painful arthritis in my hip and knee that makes it hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. I had pretty much given up on finding a comfortable bed to sleep in and had been sleeping in my recliner. Then I saw the GhostBed ad, and I am SO glad I ordered one! The adjustable base allows me to find the perfect, most comfortable position, and the mattress cradles my body and takes any pressure off my hip and knee. Yes it was pricey, and we had some delivery glitches by FedEx. The company was fantastic to deal with! Every interaction was amazing. We are coming from a Sleep Number; great bed but... This is THE MOST comfortable bed ever. I was a little concerned about being awakened by my husband adjusting his contols..nope can't hear them. I love this bed!

Easy to set up and use, lots of features at a great price, allows me to sleep in a position that works for me. I have lung cancer and was not able to get a good night of sleep, this bed has allowed me to sleep for long stretches of time comfortably. It has given me a better quality of life.

I give it a 4.5 actually. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but I opened it and everything seemed in order. I did have to screw in a couple of screws that had come out. That aside, there are more great things about the bed. I love how simple the bed is to get set up, the mattress is comfortable, it looks nice, it does not make much noise, the features of the lights and massage, the easy to use remote all make for a wonderful product for a good value.

Real loud massage motors on both of the twin xlong beds. Did reach out and got a reply did as suggested really made no difference. Massage modes there are only 3 mode. Cannot do different mode for head and legs. Thought it said a rolling massage this just vibrates.

What an incredible bed. This is the most comfortable bed we have ever had Or slept on. It has helped a lot with my sleep apnea with being able to make adjustments to my head and feet. Not to mention the vibration massage! We both wish we had made the decision to get a ghost bed earlier.
