I bought the SoundLink Mini speaker ten months ago and it stopped working six months later. It will not turn on at all even after plugging in for 12 hours. I have tried everything recommended online by Techs and other owners with no success I have owned other Bose products and still do so it is very disappointing this product is not a quality one.

Soundlink Mini II is a good bluetooth speaker. The only irritating problem is that the "Battery Protection Mode" has something wrong. The manual says "when the system is unplugged and unused for 3 days WITH a remaining charge of less than 10%, it enters battery protection mode to preserve battery power". But, in fact, the speaker will enter battery protection mode only if it is unplugged and unused for 3 days, regardless of remaining power level. Even though it is fully charged, it will enter that mode if I dont touch it for 3 days or more. My friends' ones also encounterd this problem, so that I think this is a software bug, and I dont think my problem can be solved by replacing a new one. I hope BOSE can fix this little but really irritating problem by updating firmware.

The best sounding Bluetooth speaker! I’ve had this speaker for a year now. The base is fantastic, battery life is excellent and it absolutely fills the room with sound. It connects to my iPhone seconds after turning it on every single time. This is true but Bose quality.

I got this for Christmas last year from my parents and I kid you not, it is the greatest item I have ever owned. The amount of sound that comes out of this tiny speaker is ridiculous. Please buy. You will not regret your purchase. The sound!!!!! So clear. I do not take it outside because its just too perfect and it sounds best 2-3 inches from a wall. Bose rocks

I've had this speaker for a few months and I love it , so small and so powerful. I use it indoors and outdoors a great speaker for camping or when washing the car at home I set it up in the garage and it handles the space just fine. Great for sitting on the back porch and having music. I've also placed it close to the shower.

Purchased SoundLink® Mini Bluetooth speaker II by paying $200+. The product is having issues with bluetooth pairing and the connectivity is spotty. I expect Bose to replace this product given that it is having manufacturing defect. My $20 bluetooth product from 2012 works perfectly fine. Very unexpectable from a Bose product that stands for exceptional quality

This was a gift from my boss less then a year ago and I really didn't know what it was but when I brought it he hubby was excited we tried it and LOVED it. It has awesome sound and bass but now it doesn't keep a charge and we were really sad we try charging it and won't even charge anymore. It was great while it lasted.

Hi team bose , I have soundlink mini 2 and this is now not charging almost dead, I trying to reset and update but not susscess ,  I am from portugal ... I couldn't find service centre in lisbon portugal . no one is responsible for service... can you suggest me . Where i can go for service this soundlink mini 2 thanks 

I've gotta admit. I always thought highly of Bose and from knowing people who have other Bose audio devices and having purchased a Bose noise canceling headset, I am quite familiar with the quality of Bose. I am a traveler, so size is key for me. I have always had mini speakers for my iPod and before then my portable CD player. I never had a mini speaker which had the high should quality from my iPod like this. This sound is amazing. It is clear and envelopes the entire room. The bluetooth is an added plus and I have it pared to my computer and can now hear my podcasts near my bed when I am getting dressed without them being drowned out with my fan. The surround sound from the movies I have on iTunes is phenomenal! Awesome product and definitely will recommend it to my friends.

I have had my soundlink for about 2.5 years now and I already have plans to buy another one to have on stand by the day mine stops working. Amazing sound quality, portability, connection to my device is no issue. Some may say the price is expensive but anyone that knows Bose understands you are buying quality audio equipment.
