I got the speaker over a year ago and from the beginning it's given me nothing but great sounds. Whether I'm playing my favorite music on the go or watching a movie the sound quality is amazing. The long battery life has proved impressive during long listening sessions, with great highs and deep lows this speaker is surely on of my personal bests on the market.

I have owned several high end speakers, including the cheaper knockoff and highly overpriced Beats and this is by far the best yet.This speaker is amazing! The sound volume is great and the sound quality is fantastic. The build is awesome as well, very solid and durable speaker. From 1 to 10 in ease of use and set up i give it a 1 (1 being the easiest) Don't believe reviews that say that it is complicated. If you have used bluetooth before then it will be even easier than other items, if you have not then of course it will be tricky but still easy. The bluetooth is literally one button one press and whatever setup is on your phone and you are done. I am very happy and very highly recommend this item.

I have owned two of the original SoundLink Mini's for over a year. I use one in our bedroom and one at my office at work. The one at home does triple duty between the bedroom, our living room, and my home basement man cave/office. This thing sounds SO GOOD AT LOW VOLUME that I hardly use our high-priced amp/receiver/bookshelf speakers/subwoofer any more. I am thinking about buying a third SoundLink Mini. Buy one, you will have no regrets.

Not a good value at 150 dollars. Very bass heavy sound, especially at courteous listening levels. No equalizer function. So bass heavy as to wash out the otherwise great mid-range and treble sound quality. No good in my apartment where I am trying to NOT disturb neighbors. Only sounds good turned up loud in large spaces. Instruction manual is a joke and does not address details such as optimal placement for best sound. Weighs a ton. Accessory carrying case costs a fortune. Bought JBL Flip 4 for half what I paid for this and I now I don't want use this Bose. Don't know what to do with this brick now.

So, far I am happy with the mini bose. Even though I knew its a mini/small I still was thinking it was little bit bigger in size. I couldn't make up my mind to buy Bose mini or Sonos Play 1. I love that I can move it around so easily. Some people complained that the charger stopped working too soon. I hope by not over charging it or leaving on the docking station can help last longer. When I charge my labtop once it reaches 100% I take it off the charge until it hits 20%. Now, my daughter once one because she said it sounds better than hers! I told of course it does because she has a cheap one from Walmart. You have to pay $$$$ to get quality sound. Since this is portable you don't really need to buy more through out the house since you can reposition the mini speaker.

I have had the Bose Soundlink mini 1 before and I was amazed at the sound for its size. When this review post asks if I have read the customer reviews I said no. I didn't need to because I knew I can trust Bose with giving me amazing sound and performance overall. I can't wait for the Bose Soundlink mini III to come out!!

Purchased this for a trip to Mexico, gotta have my tunes!!! Paired instantly with my Galaxy Tab S2 and my Galaxy Note 4. Simple setup and excellent sound quality. I only use FLAC files so I get all the sounds and this little unit reproduces them faithfully. The high mid and low frequencies are nicely balanced and this little puppy has an astonishing base for its size. Very happy with my purchase here and the portability.

When used outside , for example: inside a bus or in a football match, it lacks volume, but when used inside this thing is insane big rooms can be covered with no problem, beats the every single other speaker you can think of. It does not distorts when it is in max volume and there is no single difference between bluetooth and aux which i thought there would be, bluetooth range is really great, 3 walls in between me and the soundlink and there was no problem. Finally everything sounds perfect, no matter what genre you like it will sound great. Undoubtedly it is awesome in every way. PD: the aluminium house scratches really, REALLY easily

I love everything about the Bose mini but when it's plugged into my computer OR on battery, and I show a video to an audience about an hour into my presentation, the sound isn't there. I have to hit the on/off button again and it says (in front of the whole audience loudly) 95% battery left, etc. How do I keep the speaker from kicking off?

I got this little speaker from my wife for my birthday , first experience is few months ago when I had my vacation in Hard Rock hotel in Penang, Malaysia. Pairing with it is into it is very intuitive, I was skeptical at first about its sound quality, playing a few songs from Spotify, instantly amaze me, how much clean and bassy low this little guy can generate. The more I listen the more I love it. Thanks to my lovely wife I am the proud owner of a limited edition black/bronze version. Didn't rate it full star as there is room for improvement that Bose can consider to further enhance this is adding support for aptX codec after all it is software related
