I have "borrowed" my hubby's MiniBose for my office, we've played it in summer cabins, (Blue Tooth capabilities rock)and outdoors in the gazebo with grandkids jumping on the trampoline. Long recharable time and fills a whole room indoors. Might buy one just a bit larger to connect to TV for bigger sounds and a little more base. Bought My first set of Bose 901 Speakers in 1974 at an overseas military B-Ex. They are the only brand I trust for deep, full, clear sound.

Using it for more than a month now, Have tried others like HK Esquire & JBL charge 2, etc, some of them are loud but really none of them gives a real stereo separation with deep bass & at any level of sound volume, if you look for best quality of sound then that's the best choice.

Hi team bose , I have soundlink mini 2 and this is now not charging almost dead, I trying to reset and update but not susscess ,  I am from portugal ... I couldn't find service centre in lisbon portugal . no one is responsible for service... can you suggest me . Where i can go for service this soundlink mini 2 thanks 

I love the base this littly guy has; however my teenage daughter does not. It was to replace her old Speaker., a Christmas present. I had been waiting a year to find a price like this one, but for some reason the sound level quality I heard in Best Buy a year ago and even the Bose Outlet store in Nashville doesnt seem to be the same for this one. Bose all the way up was level 5 on her Old one. Would recommend but would warn - wont be able to blast - which is that a bad thing? But she's not happy, Im not happy, had to rate it a 2

Absolutely love this speaker. Recently I needed sound for my staff meeting. My two choices were: a large portable speaker or this little speaker. I went with the little one and amazed the 125 staff members who were in the meeting room. No one could believe that the sound was coming from that little speaker. It has surpassed all of my expectations for such an inexpensive portable speaker.

I got this as a birthday gift 3 weeks ago. I wasn't sure how much I'd use it, but found myself carrying it with me everywhere. When it wasn't with me it's in my home office and use the speaker phone functionality more than I thought...it works great by the way. I'd give it 5 stars, but I'm having problems charging this via USB. I have a brand new HP machine with Windows 10. Other items charge via USB just fine, like a GoPro camera, iphone, etc, but the Soundlink Mini II won't. It will charge off of my old XP machine, and the wall charger of course. Perhaps there's a trick with Windows 10...I'm not sure what to do...

I bought the SoundLink® Mini Bluetooth® speaker II so I could play audiobooks through it as I move around my home, a fact I told the saleswomen. However, the very dominant bass makes it impossible to clearly hear the spoken word. Major disappointment.

This little speaker manages to fill a 34'x18' space with really great sound. I continue to be amazed - and I'm old, and grew up on high-end stereo sound. My only question is, is it bad for the battery to be left in the charge cradle, for long periods? Most lithium-ion battery manufacturers recommend ocasionally taking them quite low, even to flat.

I've had the original soundlink for at least a few years and live it. Superior quality sound and the versatility has allowed me to enjoy XM out in the field and while doing chores. Just today on our way to our parents house I left it on the top of the Tahoe. 60 miles an hour down the road and I saw it go tumbling down the road! Only the corners are dinged up a bit and best of all it still works perfectly fine. That is why I am writing this review.

I've had this speaker now for almost 3 months and absolutely love the sound. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get the speaker properly seated on the charging cradle. I rarely get it correct on the first attempt and, often, it takes several try's before I can get it seated properly. Very frustrating! Thinking the charging cradle must be defective, I returned the speaker (and cradle) and got a new one. Unfortunately, I'm experiencing the very same problem with the new one, which leads me to conclude the problem is design related. Although annoying at times, the problem with the charging cradle is surpassed by the speaker's sound quality.
