The Soundlink Mini II is really the perfect portable speaker that doesn't comprise heavily on audio performance. Bluetooth connects flawlessy and the voice prompts work extremely well. Battery life is surprisingly good even when cranking up the speaker. Speaking of the sound, the sound has very well-defined trebles and mids and bass is definitely full and tight. For a speaker this size, the audio quality is excellent. As for the design, the lovely carbon aluminium enclosure really gives a sense of "premium" and feels very durable. Really love my Soundlink Mini II.

I bought this in 2017 brand new. I use it I'ma warehouse everyday 8 hours 5 days a week full blast and love it. Perfect for a small room but loud enough for any space. I have a after market skin protector dropped it about 50 plus times and no problems.

I really love Bose products, this is my second as I own the home theather system Bose Cinemate Series II...anyway, my Minisound Link II battery is dying just at 2 hours of listening and for some reason the volume is not reaching max even if I play it max...I will be processing an exchange for another one and hopefully the new one does not have issues...other than this, it is great, size and sound.

Had this speaker for a little over a year (out of warranty). Contacted Bose to see if they'd help me out but she passed me off to the repair center instantly. The battery is completely dead and will not accept a charge or even turn on directly plugged in. Attempted all the recommended troubleshooting steps from the rep and from online forums with no luck. Like all Bose products, the sound is incredible, exceeding what you would expect for the price. My only complaint is that we have two of these, and you are not able to have them both play the same song from an iPad. You have to choose which one you want to have play the music as opposed to having them play the same song simultaneously. If they made that possible, it would be a perfect product.

This is a good speaker. Music sounds good. The bluetooth is reliable. My issue is that the bass is exaggerated. That's great for hip hop I guess (although hip hop takes care of that in the studio so you don't need it in the speaker) but it's not great for most other music. What this does is fundamentally CHANGE the music you're listening too. The extra bass is also not great for watching movies or video. Dialogue has more sonic clarity if it has a bit more treble than more bass, to put it plainly. So dialogue can get a bit muddy with this speaker. I was able to set it up with ease, however, I handed this speaker to a colleague who thought she could set it up easily herself, which is what I thought. Well, I got a call to come help her. She had plugged the power cable into the wrong place. So because that cable actually DOES fit into more than one place on the speaker, I guess it's all that easy to set up.

I actually have the original but wanted to post my experience. Love this little speaker. My wife and I jet ski every weekend in the summer. We prefer to anchor and relax in our floats for hours. I bunge this speaker to my handlebars and, voila, we have awesome tunes for the day. People are amazed when they come by us that so much sound is coming out of such a small package. Being on the water, on a calm day the sound really travels. We can be 50' away and still hear it clearly with impressive bass. Thinking of upgrading to the II series for the mike, would be nice to be able to take calls without having to get out of the water. My only concern is the battery life is starting to diminish. Wondering if the battery can be replaced?

Just got this little wonder for Christmas, and WOW! it's quite small, but sounds fabulous. Fantastic design, the first thing you notice is how heavy it is, which acoustically speaking is a very good sign. The charge dock is brilliant, as it functions as an acoustic isolation pad. It sounds really good even when you crank it up. Obviously you aren't going to fill a stadium with it, but you could disturb the neighbors for sure :-) Definitely recommend this over the others I've heard.

I bought this gorgeous device for my room (35 mp), 6 months ago and since then, i listen every single day in the morning with a coffe or simply for the pleasure. The sound it fantastic, it is a full sound. Very very happy with Bose Soundlink Mini 2. The best choice!

This thing is awesome. I spend whole days in a boat or on the ice fishing, and this thing has kept us entertained with excellent quality sound. It's tough as nails, battery lasts an eternity. in the cold, in the heat, doesn't matter. If it ever dies, which judging by the quality of its construction won't be any time soon, I will be buying an other one that same day.
