First it took two weeks to get the product, even when they said it would be sent in 24 hours. This is expensive to replace. I know they have the technology to replace the remote with a smart phone app, but they don’t because they make more money with us buying a new remote.

Looked at several of these types of beds but this offered so much more than the others at a lower price. And oh my! I bought one with the adjustable frame and it's so amazing. I am so comfortable watching tv in bed, I always want to go to bed early. I use to always wake up many time during the night because of pain going down both legs. I truly haven't had that pain since I got the bed. Sleeping with the foot raised works no matter what position I am in. My only question is why did I wait so long to get one?

Before this bed I tossed and turned every night! I don't remember the last time I slept through a night, but since I received my ghost bed I feel rested and have more energy through the day! Another thing I love about my ghost bed is that my one year old sleeps with me and when she tosses and turns I do not feel her move. She also sleeps through the night! Final thing I love about my bed is the cooling technology! My daughter and I are both hot sleepers! We put off a lot of heat and typically sweat during the night! Since I got my ghost bed there is no more sweating! Its nice and cool all night, even get to use my blankets again to cover up when we get chilly! LOVE MY Ghost bed!!!!

I was hesitant about both the mattress in a box as well as an adjustable base, but I've been very pleasantly surprised. Everything advertised has been true and the quality of the product was much better than I expected. Now, sleep is a restful experience instead of the chore it had become. Couldn't be happier with both products.

We love our new GhostBed. We own a sleep number in our other home which cost us twice as much but I like the Ghostbed better. Although the sleep number adjusts, I find that we adjusted it once and now leave it forever. The Ghostbed is comfortable without adjustment. The most important thing to me was to be able to raise the head of the bed. I was worried about the two twin beds splitting apart but they don't and the center between two beds is more comfortable than our sleep number. With the Ghostbed you can't fell the split. Highly recommended

I love my new Ghost bed bundle with the 6" legs I purchased separately. I needed them because I'm only 4ft 11". And have scoliosis in my back among other problems. It really helps me to get out of bed easier with the new mattress and adjustable frame. My mattress is a flex twin xl, they didn't have the regular twin, so I took this one. The ability to raise the head is wonderful to ease my pain when getting out of bed.

We love it. So nice to be able to sleep with the comfort of knowing if you need to elevate your head , use the night light surrounding the underneath the bed for a bathroom trip you're not disturbing your spouse. We highly recommend it. The only thing weren't explained was what or his to pair the TV or what the phone cords are for or where they hook up @. We're 72 & 74 yrs. Old so can't get down under bed to check out how anything would hook up.

I like that my husband and I can each make our bed the way that we like it to sleep each night. The pillow top is absolutely wonderful to feel, touch and sleep on. The only issue that we have is that we needed to purchase the piece to hold the beds together so that one bed wasn't touching the other after a nights sleep. Overall very satisfied.

I upgraded to a queen and searched far and wide for a foam topper. This one was a game changer. It wasn't too heavy and just unfolded perfectly onto the bed and the slip cover with elastic edges prevents it from moving around. I never want to get out of bed in the mornings!

I bought the adjustable base combo and am currently a little over 60 days in to the trail and have already contacted CS for a remedy. So here goes... Delivery: Received the mattress two days before the base. Both are heavy, but with two people can be easily set up with no problems. Was able to sleep on the mattress the same night with no weird smell. Base: The instruction manual was easy to read and understand. Also describes all the functions and features. The included USB ports are nice, but charge super slow so I opted for my normal chargers for devices. It also slides, a lot! So make sure you also invest in the brackets to keep the base in place. The primary con for me in regard to base is that the anti-snore function worked for about two weeks and then stopped. Have to manually adjust to that setting. Further, the vibration patterns go all wonky every now and then. Mattress: I opted for original ghost bed, and height is a bit lower than my old mattress. The sides droop down when sitting on the edge, so it feels as if you'll slide right off when putting on shoes. The firmness is good, but my husband and I both wake with back pain that is typically worse than it was. That claim was my primary motivation for purchasing in the first place. Mattress needs to conform to base adjustment still as certain positions leave gaps between the base and mattress. Returns: you can return/replace the matress within the trial period. However, base purchases are final. If you choose to upgrade the matress, hen your trial is complete and you're stuck with the new one for better or worse. Customer service is excellent, however, I wanted another couple days to discuss whether to fully upgrade or just return the matress and go with a different brand. Was told than fine and made an appointment for a follow-up. That was mine days ago, with no emails or calls from the company since. This is not the first bed that I have purchased online, but now my advice is to go into a physical store and try any mattress that catches your eye or matches your criteria for a new bed. For the price, I want to be sure that a mattress will meet my needs and I'll not be stuck with a bed that promises one thing but doesn't deliver. I was hoping my experience would be much better.
