They are called ghost bed because they ghost you after purchasing there products! They do not return emails and if you call them you wait for the next representative for so long then they terminate the call. This company needs to make lots of improvements and hire more staff.

Over 1 month in, and I really enjoy the comfort of the adjustable base. It supports my queen mattress, and I have been sleeping better on this setup than on my old mattress + box spring combo. The base adjusts as expected, and I have used it for TV or reading positions mostly. I would like the massage to be a little stronger, but it's still pretty nice as is. The wireless remote is certainly handy. The USB chargers are decent (not fast charging, but good enough to charge my phone overnight) and convenient. Installation takes a little while, but is not difficult. The instructions are clear, so that's not problematic.

Impressed with the overall quality, no complaints other than delivery. Not sure if Ghostbed deserves the blame for it but we received our mattress and frame almost a week apart and the delivery was delayed multiple times. The bed and base seem like a good value.

Nice bed combo very comfortable. Using the ghost protector seems to negate the cooling of mattress and does not allow foam to use body heat as well to conform to your body. Everything is high quality however it seems the ghost protector is a waste of money and not returnable. We really like the sheets they are very nice. Have not received our pillows yet as they were on back order.

I love the Adjustable Base Combo Bundle! Purchased the split king combo. Was able to get a firm mattress for myself and a medium firm for my wife. We love it. The adjustable base is 10X better than our previous one. Would recommend to any and every one!

Best sleep in long time, awake well rested, muscle spasm in back gone, as well as stiff neck, only get up 2 times during night and no more night after sweating. I recommend buying complete package for best results. Best gift I've ever got myself and well worth great reasonable price and longest warrantee that I know of. (I believe 25yrs)

This remote has all the basic controls for adjustment while in bed, along with using a descent layout. Also, a few extra abilities to help with while out of bed. But multiple presets would be nicer to avoid having to hold down the buttons continuously to set you position each time you enter and exit the bed. Tendency to feel a little flimsy in hand while also being somewhat slippery (especially when in contact with the bed sheets).

My husband and I were considering a new mattress, but with rising inflation decided on a topper instead. After some research, we purchased tthe GhostBed Topper. Ordering was easy, and it came in early. Once it fluffed up, it was so comfortable! We were both suffering from abck pain that has since eased. The cover perfectly fits the topper and our mattress without moving. The knly complaint was he original smell upon opening, but it quickly subsided. Definitely a purchase we are happy about!!!

I will need these for all three, soon to be four, ghostbeds with adjustable frames, that I have purchased. The set I remove will go to a frabricator to see if they can be cut down and made useable for a more reasonable price as they can not be exchanged for the shorter ones. THIS IS ANNOYING. You can not sit on the tall beds without causing the mattress to slide away. Jumping on the bed or building a platform next to the bed on both sides can be a solution. I have no other choice than to recommend this item as the 12 inch legs are too tall and the screws/bolts are not standard. Sadly, we all love the beds and that is the reason I will not return them. If I must, I will be buying 3 more sets.

I sweat a lot in my sleep, my husband snores a lot more now, and my back is frequently stiff. We got the split king with the fancy bases. We love the bed purely for all the functions of the base. My biggest qualm is that I can no longer snuggle up to my husband without my hip falling into the split between the mattresses. That should have been a given but I guess we are committed now. I think if you're a much lighter person with the correct sleeping styles for this bed, you may have less of a problem. Unfortunately, my husband and I are on two different weight & sleeping style spectrums.
