It took almost two months to get it, despite claims of "super fast shipping." Credit card was charged at time I placed order even though they knew they couldn't fulfil my order when it was placed. Upon unpacking the topper, it smelled bad -- this was expected, but it took three weeks before it could be tolerated so that it could be used. I'm not sure it could be considered cooling, but it definitely was not hot like the previous topper we had. Definitely makes for a more comfortable sleeping experience than our mattress which was too hard -- the main reason we bought the topper so I guess that was good. Main reason I'm giving it two stars is because of the length of time it took to ship and the three weeks it took to "off gas."

We've had our Head-to-Toe Adjustable frame with Queen 3D Matrix bundle for about a month. It's helped both of us with our back pain and I've actually been sleeping through the night more than ever. Pillows are amazing and the sheets couldn't be better. Thanks Ghost Bed.

Everything about the bed is great except one issue. --There were 2-3 screws from the frame that were loose and 1 just fell out. I was able to screw them all back in tightly. Think I saw some reviews state there is a clicking sound when moving. The only time you hear a brief/whisper quiet click is when the bed starts to initially move or stop moving. Raises and lowers just fine and holds place if you want. The LED lights underneath it are SUPER bright! Massagers are nice, but I dont use that often. Remote control lights up and is very bright blue color when you push a button. I have a Nectar Lush mattress on it and it holds in place excellent. Keeping bed in position for long periods of time does not permanently distort mattress either. Important!: I got a Queen, and you will need help moving it. As it is heavy. Very simple to setup otherwise...screw in 6 legs and attach a few plugs. Crazy thought, but how about a feature where there is an alarm clock and the alarm is the massagers coming on? I would recommend it, and it is my first ever adjustable base.

We got a new mattress and figured it was time to upgrade our 14 year old foundation bases. These do everything and then some. Phones charged, heads lifted to watch tv and of course backs massaged. Also has a awesome ambient lighting system so no more stubbed toes.

I feel like I’m sleeping on a nice cool cloud. The ability to adjust the height of the mattress is wonderful, as well as the vibrations. Having the nightlight under the bed is a great feature as well. The only thing I would change would be to have the remote light up when moved or picked up so that you can see the buttons in the dark. Otherwise it’s perfect!

I have tried 4 different mattresses toppers and 3 different mattresses trying to find one I don't wake up sore on and I finally found one. I can not believe how comfortable this mattress topper is. Forms perfectly to my body. I'm a side sleeper and this provides fantastic support. Once my back pain subsided only my neck was stiff so I got the pair of adjustable pillows. No more neck pain. Sooo glad I found ghost bed!

My Ghost bed is wonderful I can adjust my head and feet, I also love the massage features. The bed was delivered quickly and was easy to set up. II enjoy my adjustable bed everyday so does my wife, it was the best investment ever, we both sleep like a baby. Would not trade for the work, it is wonderful, I would recommend to everyone to get one they will not regret how wonderful they will both sleep in their new ghost bed. They also have me other accessories they can buy.

We were very disappointed in the bed. It is actually less comfortable than the 10 year old bed were were using. It is very firm, and is uncomfortable to sleep in. Often we toss and turn all night due to the fact that it puts to much pressure on the shoulders and hips. I would not buy this product again, and wish I had not purchased it in the first place. The adjustable bases are okay, only problem with them is that one of them was already damaged when we got it. The legs screw into place on the frame, but two of the holes that the legs screw into were already stripped and bent. When we contacted customer service we were told that that is why they have two of them set into the frame. It makes us very Leary that the other one will strip out shortly and then the base will be unusable. The pillows were unusable, and we had bought the different versions of them from this company. All around we are very disappointed with this bed, and definitely would not recommend it.

Haven't slept this well since visiting my aunt and uncle. They have a topper on their Sleep Number bed. Most comfortable bed I'd been in. We have a Sleep Number bed also. Did my research before buying our topper. Ghostbed ranked Supreme. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Upon opening the package, the chemical smell was overwhelming. We took the topper outside to let it air out. We were able to put the toppers on the bed that night. What an excellent sleep we had and continue to have. Love that we can rotate it and continue to have the same "zones". Do not hesitate to purchase. You deserve a great night sleep!!!

We purchased this combo to replace our double pillow top bed, and it’s been a life changer. It really is the coolest bed on the planet. I use to wake up in the middle of the night completely drenched and that does not happen anymore. I use to also toss and turn all night trying to get comfortable, which also doesn’t happen anymore. We found a good setting that works for my wife and myself with the feet slightly elevated and the head just barely lifted and we sleep like babies. We hopefully will be ordering the mattress protector and pillows soon to finish out the whole Ghostbed experience. I recommend Ghostbed to my family and friends already, and they are eager to try it out as well.
