I was very skeptical at first because I am a very picky person on certain things. Especially when it comes to large online orders and mostly for a bed. Sorry to admit it but negative things ran through my mind about how much bad luck I've had in the past. After everything arrived and I spent about 20 minutes setting it up I was totally impressed. Easy to follow instructions and everything went smooth as silk. And as far as comfort, I'm a big guy and I don't remember when I slept that good. Thinking about it now I should have bought one of these years ago. These guys have done their homework for skeptical people like me..VERY IMPRESSIVE. Thinking about the next purchase already..Thanks a billion and better sleep for me, yeah.

Purchased in April 2021 malfunctions and difficulties with adjustment settings by May. Supervisor/s of Customer Service need to give their employees a refresher course in assistance friendly skills. This applies as well to their "Expert Support Team."

The adjustable base works great to date. We’ve had it for almost 5 weeks now. One thing with the design though..the split king has the USB port on the same side of the frame so there’s no his/hers sides access. One is completely useless being that it’s in the middle of the bed. Other than that it works well!!

I bought it a little over a year ago. About six months into it, the usb charger broke. (It was one reason that put me over the edge to buy the bed)I even purchased the warranty. I attempted to call and even emailed them to get the issue fixed. But still nothing. I guess a guarantee and a warranty are only as good as the company that gives them. Never again!

I’ve had this for a month now, and let me tell you! I will Never sleep on a flat bed frame again!! I have the Titan mattress(built for heavy people) and it’s perfect on this frame. All the options are amazing, I love the wireless remote with the flashlight, I love the massage function. It’s not like a real “massage” but it is relaxing. I tell everyone about this frame!! Easy to set up, better with 2 people. It is heavy. But I love it, I feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud.

The frame was fairly easy to set up and works well. Compared to a more expensive brand, the movement of this frame is not quite as fluid. But it has all the features I would like. My only complaint is that it seems to get twisted if it is adjusted with one person on the bed, and a second person comes in the bed later. The result is that one of the legs may not be resting firmly against the floor and it will wobble a little bit. This issue is easily corrected by moving the bed flat and then moving it back to where you want it.

Loved the nectar mattresses I bought for my kids, so we bought them for our room! We got two Twin XL mattresses and adjustable bases. Love that we can finally enjoy what works for each of us instead of trying to compromise. I pretty much always leave my adjustable base slightly raised at the head. I would recommend!

We've had our nectar mattress for almost 4 years and we've loved it. So when we decided to upgrade to an adjustable frame, we had to get the nectar frame. We originally had the platform frame from nectar and it worked great. But the adjustable frame has been amazing for us. Makes watching TV or reading in bed so much better than just propping up pillows. The remote works great and we love the memory button to automatically adjust to our most used perfect position. It's height is adjustable with different feet options, so there's plenty of under the bed storage room. It had been a great addition to our nectar products we've had for years!

The middle of the bed is very uncomfortable and I notice that sleeping on one side makes the bed look uneven the mattress is not thick enough to keep you from feeling the metal rod in center of bed can you suggest a mattress cover I am a senior and this bed was part of bucket list and I really love it

We purchase two twin xl adjustable bed frames when Nectar had a sale, with the thought of finally being able to try something that we have thought about for years. With their return policy, we thought now's the time to try! We have a king size mattress and one of the pluses is that these two twin xl frames can connect together and operate as one. So, we decided to try it with our king hybrid mattress before purchasing separate twin xl mattresses. We actually at first considered this adjustable bed for my husband , as he likes to sleep with his head elevated. I usually like to sleep flatter, so I wasn't convinced I was going to like these frames, especially without separate mattresses. We had been using wedge pillows, but I never liked how those elevated. Well, it turns out that I absolutely love this adjustable bed. Right now we both like a slight elevation on head and feet, so we are good with our king mattress, but we have the option in the future to purchase separate twin xl mattresses if our needs change. I am surprised at how much better I sleep with the correct adjustment, and a very slight adjustment can make a world of difference (which honestly, surprised me). While this adjustable frame does not have set lights to light a path around the bed, it does have led lights on the plug in box to show it is working, which actually casts off plenty of light from underside of bed. The only thing I would request to be different is the remote. I wish it would light up when I pick it up, not just when I touch a button , as I can touch the wrong button sometimes. We are very happy with this purchase and the warranty!!
