We love our adjustable frame! I am a nurse, and I am on my feet for 10 hours and the fact that I can elevate my legs with the adjustable frame is fantastic. It helps relieve my pain and swelling at the end of the day I couldn’t imagine life without it now.

Due to an accident and advancing age sleep comfort has been an extreme struggle. No amount of wedge pillows, reg pillows etc relieved the pain in my lower back. After the very first night of being able to adjust the bed and the comfort of the Nectar mattress I was able to get out of bed without difficulty and did not have to take anything for the back pain that I always had. I can't praise Nectar enough. Best money spent in years.

We got the split king with the electronic adjustable bed frames. Everything works as advertised. Build quality on the frame better than expected and the up and down motion and other features are all sturdy and solid. As for the mattress, I love that it’s a little on the firmer side and I love how thick it is, I think 14” or so. I sleep on my back and my side and it’s great for both. Only negative is MAKE SURE YOU LET THE MATTRESS AIR OUT FOR A FEW DAYS BEFORE USING!!! The gasses it releases gave us headaches and sore throats for a couple days and then it was gone. So I think 48 hours minimum to air out in a safe place and then you’re good to go. No problems since.

We like the idea of this bed and when in it it’s super comfortable. We have a king size mattress on the twin adjustable frame. The mattress feels like it slopes down on the side instead of having a firm edge. I always feel like I’m rolling off the edge unless I can get positioned towards the middle.

Easy to set up... Though the instructions could be more clearly outlined for someone less handy. Went up in half an hour with the help of someone else. Pairing the remote took a couple of tries, but has worked flawlessly. Delivery was a pain ... It's really at the very limit of what anyone can handle, and if you are not in the first floor, it wold be bad to assume a person could deliver it alone. Has worked great, quiet, and able to support a heavy load. Would be great to have adjustable legs to be able to use a thicker or thinner mattress or handle different body sizes. An absolutely great buy for the price!!

We have had the Twin XL adjustable bed frame for about four months, and the ability to raise head or feet makes it easier to sleep, and has really helped during a recent surgery. We will probably pick up another one at some point. We don't use the vibration feature much. We had some issues with the initial installation and Nectar was great on ensuring we were able to get it right. Highly recommended, and I had comparision shopped widely before determining the Nectar was the best.

Received the damaged adjustable bed frame and called immediately to report it and sent photos in. I never got a response and have been ignored. I finally just bent the brackets back in place to receive the motors to put it together. Because it had missing or broken plastic washers it’s noisy and the massage feature noise is also amplified by the lack of washers.

I bought this adjustable frame because it would fit up the stairs of my old house. I recently moved into an old house and to my utter disappointment, my queen i-serta motion bed frame would not fit up the stairs (tight turning radius). The Serta was a very expensive bed (twice the price of nectar). But I needed an adjustable bed frame for health reasons. The folks at nectar assured me the frame would fit because it is “folded” when delivered. But that thing is heavy (141 lbs!) As an older woman living alone, in a new City where I know no one, I needed white glove service. Sadly, this service is no longer available. I had to find a handyman to do the job. I was expecting the bed on October 7 per the status. Of course, it came earlier! It was dumped on my front steps. And the forecast called for rain. What a scramble to get it into the house. The cardboard box was flimsy. It was a relatively easy set-up. The remote works as expected. I was excited for 2 minutes when I thought I could pair the remote to my device and have “siri” tell the bed what to do. Alas, the “resident app” is merely a clone of the remote. Helpful, I suppose if your battery dies and you are stuck in some position or you lose the remote, but not necessary. (The instructions point you to the resident shopping app, not the remote control app so avoid the frustration and just keep an extra set of batteries handy!) overall, this is a decent frame that can compete with the big names at a much better price. Just wish the delivery experience had been better.

I love my nectar. I brought the split king. My only problem is the mattress slide off from the side and if I knew that I would have brought the queen size. Other then that I have no problem with my bed. I love my nectar. You guys need to put some kind of adjustment on the sides of the split king to stop this from happening. Maybe a bar that adjusts up and down.

I got 2 nectar mattresses with 2 adjustable frames. One works great, but my frame stopped working about 6 months after I got it. The lights constantly blinks and either the head will work for 5 seconds then not work again or the foot will but never at the same time or more than 30 seconds. Tried to chat with customer service and it said it would be 4 min until a rep got on, but after waiting 45 min, I gave up.
