[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great when it works, but I've encountered several issues with it. Setup was pretty easy for the most part. It worked great the first time I used it. It got stuck a couple times when I scheduled it to clean while I wasn't home. One time it got ahold of a phone charger that was behind the couch and got caught in it. I'm wondering it that has caused damage to the roller brush. I've noticed the vacuum making a rattling noise sometimes when it is traveling. For a couple days, I was having an issue where the the app wasn't working to start a cleaning route. Like it would only let me manually pressed the power button on the vacuum, not start it from the app. I rebooted a couple times, and remapped my apartment, and it seems to be working okay now. I really enjoy it when it works, but for the price, I'm kinda upset at the issues that I've had with it.

The charging port is so convenient and small that it fits perfectly in my apartment. The roomba knows right where to go after cleanup. The navigation is a bit of a learning curve but easy enough to use through the app and once you figure it out, you're golden. I don't have another device to compare it to but it sure as heck beats using my standing vacuum every day! I will say it is pretty loud, though so I can only use it during the day. I do wish there was an option to turn off or at least lower the voice that comes through the vacuum. Another key point to be made is that you do have to remove the dustpan on this model but that is a very easy thing to do luckily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. As someone who has a dog who sheds constantly, a Roomba like this is a godsend. I think it actually works better than my push vacuum, but that's a few years old now. I will preface with the fact that I have uneven floors. I have very bumpy tiles, and vacuuming / mopping has always been a point of contention for me because getting in between the tiles is difficult. Installation of everything is easy as pie. I had no qualms with getting it ready to go, and the app walks you through it. The suction is fantastic and it picks up a good majority of the hair and dirt. It obviously can't get everything, but it gets a lot up. While this certainly won't replace a full deep clean, it's perfect for running throughout the week to make that deep clean easier. It maps out the house and gets around using the map. You can block off certain areas and it will learn to not go into those areas. It might sneak under some chairs, but anywhere there's a tight fit it will probably miss. The mop is not made for uneven floors. I might try to replace it with a fluffier mop head, but until then, what it does is fine. As you can tell from the image, it did manage to wipe most of the tile. However, you can only fill it with water. But like the vacuum, it just helps make the deep clean easier. The battery life is pretty good for a standard clean. I have a weird shaped house, so that doesn't help that it has to calibrate to find the next location. When I do a deep clean of my kitchen, with a vacuum and mop, it took about 40% of the battery to do so. Images of the kitchen and how it cleaned it are in my review. It missed a few crumbs with the vacuum and missed the cracks of the tiles with the mop, but it otherwise did a good job. Emptying out the collector is so easy. Pop it out, dump, pop it back in. That easy. Cleaning the mop is also easy, I just toss it in the laundry with some other cleaning rags and it's good as new. One issue I have with this product is that sometimes the edge sensors does not work very well. Sometimes the vacuum has no issues avoiding the edge of a stair, other times it does. I do clean the floor sensors when advised but it doesn't always work as well as I would hope. It can get a little frustrating, but it's only around one area of my house, so I just have to stay nearby to make sure it's okay. Overall, I would recommend this product for any household, but I think it would work best on a flat floor household. That and the sensor issues took away a star, but I am otherwise super pleased with this product. If Roomba ever makes a bumpy floor Roomba, sign me up. This makes my life easier and I really love it.

The navigation is smooth and it cleans in neat organized rows instead of bumping around. the size is perfect and it cleans really well it gets full of hair and debris.. super convenient low maintenance and charging last a lot!! its not to heavy either but enough to clean your house! highly recommend this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay this thing is cool. It is very quiet and vacuum's pretty quickly. My cat normally hates the vacuum and this doesn't seem to bother him. I only complaint is because it's such a small unit, it needs to be cleaned pretty regularly. Otherwise, it's a really cool piece and I can see why people love their Roombas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Roomba 205 Dust Compactor Combo Robot from iRobot for a few times,it has made keeping my floors clean so much easier. What really stands out is the dust compactor feature. Unlike my previous robot vacuum,this one compresses the dirt inside,so i din't have to empty the bin nearly as often. I have a mix of hardwood floors and area rugs,and it handles both very well. It picks up dust,pet hair and crumbs without any problem,and the suction feels strong and consistent.The combo vacuum and moo function is so very convenient. The mopping is great for light cleaning and daily maintenance. It won't replace a deep manual mop,but it keeps my floors looking fresh and reduces buildup between deeper cleans. Navigation has been impressive, it maps my home accurately and avoids furniture and obstacles most of the time. It also returns to the dock reliably and resumes cleaning where it left off,which is very helpful. The app is easy to use and I like being able to schedule cleanings or start it remotely. Ot runs fairly quietly compared to other robot vacuums I've owned

It cleans floors thoroughly and handles pet hair very well on both carpets and hard floors. If the battery runs low, it automatically returns to the charging station and resumes cleaning once recharged. It’s super convenient to select specific rooms for vacuuming or mopping, and the app makes remote control and adjustments very simple.
