We're sorry to hear you had this experience with Purina Cat Chow Complete Chicken Flavored Dry Cat Food. It’s certainly not typical. We’re pet owners and pet lovers too, and the foods we make for your pets are the same foods we feed ours. Safety and quality are our top priorities. We'd like to learn more and lend a helping hand. When you have a moment, please give us a call at 1-888-228-2469 (888-CATCHOW). We are available Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CT). We look forward to speaking with you. – The Cat Chow Team
