Good value but disappointing with the amount of fat on them as i have to trim it off and when getting to the bottom of the tray they are bigger more bone and more fat

Went in to Sams club on 8/29/2026 to purchase members Mark Bone in pork chops. Not sure if the butcher cut the pork chops with a dull blade or cut the pork chops too fast; there were bone fragments all over the chops and also bone chips and bone dust. Never again will I buy pork chops at Sam's Club. Nashwa N.H

I won’t buy again, there were small pieces of bone amongst the pork chop. This was my first and only time I will buy these

The pork on the top was nicely cut. The bottom portion of pork was odd cuts and fatty.

Some thick, some thin. Shards of bone.

I love the pork chops when they are tender but occasionally I get a pack where the meat is tough. Inconsistent product makes me want to shop for it elsewhere.

Chops are dog food. The center cut are mixed with the end cuts, and the end cuts are placed on the bottom of the package, so the package looks better than it is. I understand that center and end cut chops are both part of the package, but the problem is the non center cut chops are inedible. Meat is stringy, and next to impossible to chew. If spitting out food at your table;e is what you want to feed your family, stock up now. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I won't be ordering again. Is worth a few cents more a pound to spring for the center cut. I don't know if the pork industry has quality ratings like beef, but I would bet the farm this these are the lowest quality chops available in life. I will say however, that the dog enjoyed them immensely, kept him busy chewing like they were rubber.

I'm a big fan of the meat department at Sam's. Great products, great selection

Good price. Nice and thick pork chops.

4 kinds of spices and cooked on a flattop grill 😋
