These have become an easy go to for us. They're a great thickness for a bone-in pork chop and have been consistently good quality. We've cooked them in the oven, on the Traeger, over charcoal, and even over an open fire with great results. Bone-in chops seem surprisingly hard to find at some other stores, so I'm glad Sam's carries them. Good quality pork at a fair price, and we've been very happy with them.

These Pork Chops have been very tasty and a pleasant break from our normal evening meal... We've liked them so much that we've planned on purchasing them again this month... There are ample enough chops in the package for us, being that our kids have grown up and moved out and it's just my wife and I... We repackaged them into two chop freezer bags and they have lasted for a month sense we last bought the... I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering buying them...

Chops are usually very good. This package had small bone fragments that should have been removed or at least scraped.

I would rather get just center cut as that mess at the bottom is a joke.

Good value but disappointing with the amount of fat on them as i have to trim it off and when getting to the bottom of the tray they are bigger more bone and more fat

They always look good in the case, then you get them home open the package and the bottom few are really inferior and almost inedible, I don't know why Sam's butchers feel the need to include a few really crappy, grizly, fatty chops hidden under the the facade of 6 decent chops. Kinda like "FALSE ADVERTISING" PLEASE stop incluiding crappy chops in with your better grade chops. Just sell your crappier chops all together in a package with a price commensurate with the lower quality cut. I hate paying for decent chops and always getting a few that are almost worthy of feeding to our dog.

What happened to just including center cut? We've gotten some strangely cut chops which include shards - bits of bone that you have to chew carefully to not swallow! I noticed they put the nice pork chops on top with the strange pork chops underneath. I tried to find a method to send a message to Sams of my disappointment but couldn't find a place to do that, so I'll do it here.

The pork chops were evidently cut with a very dull saw. If I had served them with the bone in someone would have died. There were little sharp bones all in them. I had to cut all bones out before cooking and wash them really good and I still found a little sharp bone. Scary situation. I won't buy them again at Sams Club.

Too many small pieces of bones on them and some are thick on one end but super thin on the other side. Not cool.
