Sam's Club butchers think of families when they're cutting their meats. They cut it where we can taste our food.

Bought the chops cooked with a spice of onion garlic powder a little salt n pepper and after flipping added half a PO package of dried onion soup mix n bit of water. Best chops ever eaten.

These chops are perfectly cut to a medium thickness. They cook up so nicely in my air frier.

I've purcased these types of chops in the past and they always come out tender & juicy.

I would rather get just center cut as that mess at the bottom is a joke.

Chops are usually very good. This package had small bone fragments that should have been removed or at least scraped.

The pork chops poorly cut, thin to thick, the meat manager should not have let them be packaged. I will never buy chops at Sam's again, mainly because they quit packing center cut pork chops.
