Poor quality poor chops!

We always loved these pork chops, and are now very disappointed in them. They are were so tough that we could barely chew them! We will not be purchasing again!

BRING BACK CENTER CUT CHOPS, PLEASE!

I always bought my pork chops from Sam's....until today. They no longer offer packages of center cut pork chops. I do not like assorted chops and never buy them. Now, in order to get center cut, I have to buy a package that contains both center cut and assorted chops (which are tough, chewy, and fatty). It's a crap shoot how many will be center cut and how many will be lesser quality. I will not be buying pork chops from Sam's in the future unless they go back to providing packages that are guaranteed center cut.

Quality slipping

I have purchased pork chops many times and been very pleased with quality of meat and the butchery of the chops. Like some others mentioned I recently received a very wide variety of thickness with the thick chops being about 3 times thicker than the thin ones. Also appears the end chops are not squared being twice as thick from one side to the other on same chop. This makes it hard/impossible to cook on grill without under/over cooking unless paying very high attention finding cool/hot spots to cook at different rates. Feel Sam's has made business decision to lower quality of meat to increased their profit. I would prefer receiving higher quality meat than a little extra savings. This was a curbside pickup possibly one should not trust Sam's to pick your meat for curbside, make sure you closely review your purchases. I didn't use to feel was necessary and somewhat trusted Sam's. Feeling i got the end of day poor cuts that were just thrown together to make a package.

These are ok. Some of the cuts are odd and not very even in thickness. The center cut pork chops are much better, but they don't seem to sell tose any more.

Inconsistant thicknesses

Had a pack of these delivered to cook for New Years. Some of them were 3/4 inch, several of them were more than 3 inches thick on one end and tapered down to paper thin on the other. All of them were covered in an extensive amount of bone fragments and had to be scrubbed twice. Almost impossible to cook - will probably not order meat from Sam's anymore.

Bring back packages of center cut pork chops only

On 2/18/26 I was in your Longview Texas Sam's store. I was disappointed to learn I could no longer buy packages of "center cut" pork chops only.

Have a lot of chipped bone with your chop...

The butcher who cut these chops needs to go back to school. They are filled with fine bone chips. Won't be buying these from Sam's again.
